Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. トランスジューサと信号環境との間で少なくとも部分的に超音波信号を導 通するための信号行路におけるリンクとして介在される信号導体にして、 各々第1端、第2端及び定義された長さを有しそして信号を非分散状態で 伝搬するに有効な直径を有する複数のロッドと、 前記複数のロッドの実質上すべての第1端を共通の結合面に接合する面手 段と を含み、その場合、ロッドと面手段とが、前記信号環境からトランスジューサを 物理的に離間する行路リンクとして信号を分散無く伝送しそして結合する、トラ ンスジューサ信号行路内に取り付けのための、剛性の組立体を形成する、信号導 体を具備する向上せる信号行路を備える超音波システム。 2. 前記面手段が1/4波長プレートを含む請求の範囲1項に従う超音波シス テム。 3. 信号導体が更に前記ロッドの一端に結合される少なくとも一つのトランス ジューサを含む請求の範囲1項に従う超音波システム。 4. トランスジューサが{nf}(ここでn=1、3・・奇数の整数)により 実質上与えられる複数の周波数において動作可能でありそして前記1/4波長プ レート周波数fの波に対する1/4波長プレートである請求の範囲3項に従う超 音波システム。 5. 前記面手段が該面手段においてロッドにおける圧縮エネルギーを撓みエネ ルギーにモード変換のため通常の入射において前記複数のロッドに結合される面 を含んでいる請求の範囲1項に従う超音波システム。 6. 前記面手段が沈みぐりされた充填溶接部を含んでいる請求の範囲1項に従 う超音波システム。 7. 前記複数のロッドがシェル内に包納されそして充填されている請求の範囲 1項に従う超音波システム。 8. 前記シェルを構造的に支持するためにロッド間にスペーサを更に含んでい る請求の範囲7項に従う超音波システム。 9. 前記複数のロッドが異なった直径を有しそして音響エネルギーの送信を異 なって遅延しそして形作られたもしくは偏向された出力ビームを発信するため規 則だったパターンで配列される請求の範囲1項に従う超音波システム。 10. 前記シェルがロッドの直径より大きな厚さを有する請求の範囲1項に従 う超音波システム。 11. 実質上同等の上流及び下流伝搬超音波信号を発信するための送信手段と 、 前記上流及び下流伝搬超音波信号を表す上流出力及び下流出力をそれぞ れ受信しそして発生するための受信手段と、 前記上流出力及び下流出力を組み合わせて低減されたノイズの修正出力 を生成する手段と、 修正された出力を超音波信号の関数と相関づけて時間間隔を決定する手 段と を包含する超音波測定システム。 12. 実質上同等の信号がコード化超音波信号バーストである請求の範囲11 項に従う超音波測定システム。 13. 相関づけ手段が修正された出力を上流及び下流伝搬超音波信号の処理さ れたレプリカと相関づける請求の範囲11項に従う超音波測定システム。 14. 前記信号導体が結合されたトランスジューサ信号を伝送するため圧力境 界から流体まで伸延し、そして更にトランスジューサを含み、該トランスジュー サが圧力境界を破ることなくトランスジューサを除去するべく結合を解除する結 合により圧力境界を通して結合されている請求の範囲1項に従う超音波システム 。 15. 複数の周波数の各々において信号品質を評価しそして該評価に基づいて 有用な信号品質をもって伝搬する最大周波数を作動するための手段を更に含む請 求の範囲4項に従う超音波システム。 16. システムがパルス−エコーモードで作動しそして信号導体が測定を行う ために信号を送受信する請求の範囲1項に従う超音波システム。 17. 第1及び第2のトランスジューサと、 非分散性のロッドから成る第1及び第2のバンドルであって、前記第1 及び第2のトランスジューサにそれぞれ音響結合され、そして第1及び第2のバ ンドルが前記測定されるべき流体を横切ってエネルギーを結合するべく位置付け られた端面を有する第1及び第2のトランスジューサ間の超音波信号行路の非分 散部分を定義するバンドルと、 流体測定のため前記第1及び第2のトランスジューサに信号を印加しま たそこからの信号を受信する手段と を包含する測定システム。 18. バンドルの少なくとも一つが流体に到達るようノズル内に挿入され、そ れにより流体中の一点からの直接超音波行路を定義する請求の範囲17項に従う 測定システム。 19. バンドルが流体中に定義されたビームを発信するように形態づけられた フェイスプレートを備える一端において閉鎖されるシェスで密閉される請求の範 囲18項に従う測定システム。 20. バンドルの少なくとも一つがカバープレートを貫通しそして流体行路に 近接して超音波信号を導通するよう斜め入射においてティー上に載る請求の範囲 17項に従う測定システム。 21. 電気音響要素と、 該要素に結合される複数の非分散ロッドと、 前記非分散ロッドのすべての共通結合面を形成する端部と、 前記要素を密閉する手段と を備え、閉成体内の前記ロッドと端部とが測定システムにおいて非分散性のそし て取りはずし自在の取り付けに適応するトランスジューサ。
