Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 第1及び第2の波長を夫々有する放射成分によって混濁媒体を照射する放 射線源(3)と、 混濁媒体からの放射線を検出するよう配置された光検出器(4)とからなり、 第1及び第2の波長の放射成分は略等しい変調周波数で振幅変調され、 第1及び第2の波長の放射成分の振幅変調は所定の位相差を有する、混濁媒体 (2)中の対象(1)を検出するシステム。 2. 該所定の位相差は略180°に等しい、請求項1記載のシステム。 3. 該光検出器は第1及び第2の波長を含む感度波長範囲を有する請求項1又 は2記載のシステム。 4. 該振幅変調は略方形波変調である、請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項記 載のシステム。 5. 該光検出器は放射線受信部を有し、 システムは、 該混濁媒体を圧縮する圧縮機構と、 該混濁媒体に対して放射線放出面を移動する変移装置と、 該放射線放出面の反対側に配置された光検出器の放射線受信部とからなる、請 求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載のシステム。 6. 該放射線源から該混濁媒体へ放射線を案内するよう配置された線源ファイ バと、 該混濁媒体の夫々の位置から該光検出器へ放射線を案内するよう配置された複 数の検出器ファイバとからなる、請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項記載のシス テム。 7. 該光検出器は電荷結合デバイス(CCD)である請求項6記載のシステム 。 8. 該光検出器は振幅変調と同時に作動するよう配置された読み出し回路から なる、請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項記載のシステム。 9. 該読み出し回路は減算ユニットからなる請求項8記載のシステム。 10. 媒体は第1及び第2の波長を夫々有する放射成分によって照射され、 第1及び第2の波長の放射成分は略等しい変調周波数で振幅変調され、 第1及び第2の波長の放射成分の振幅変調は所定の位相差を有し、 混濁媒体からの放射線は検出される、混濁媒体中の対象を検出する方法。
