Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.射出シリンダ(20)と、その内部を移動する射出ピストン(10)とを有 する射出ユニットを備え、前記射出シリンダが射出ピストンに配設された供給路 を介して充填可能であり、かつ、排出口(24)を介して排出可能な合成ゴムや 天然ゴム又は同様な材料のための射出成形装置において、前記供給路(12)が 排出口(24)から熱的に分離された少なくとも1つのオリフィスを備え、供給 路領域での温度(T1)を、供給路内の材料(7)の加硫が阻止されるように制 御し、排出口領域内の温度(T3)を、排出口内の材料が加硫されるように制御 したことを特徴とする射出成形装置。 2.前記オリフィス(14)及び排出口は空間的に分離されていることを特徴と する請求項1に係る射出成形装置。 3.前記射出ピストン(10)及び/又は射出シリンダは、射出ピストン(10 )の挿入位置でオリフィス(14)を排出口(24)から離間させる少なくとも 1つのシール面を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形装置 。 4.前記射出ピストン(10)は自由端に向かってテーパ状に形成され、前記射 出シリンダ(20)の底面は前記射出ピストンと相補的に形成され、前記排出口 (24)は、射出ピストンのチップ(16)が少なくとも部分的に排出口に突出 するように底面に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に 記載の射出成形装置。 5.前記供給路のオリフィス(14)は、チップ(16)から離間した射出ピス トン(10)のテーパ領域に配設したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の射出成 形装置。 6.前記射出ピストンの自由端は円錐状であり、円錐面領域の供給路のオリフィ スはチップから離間し、射出シリンダ(20)の底面は円錐状で、排出口(24 )は先端近傍に配設したことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の射出成形装置。 7.前記インサート(16)は、射出ピストンの自由端に配設したことを特徴と する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 8.前記インサート(16)は、断熱材料で形成したことを特徴とする請求項7 に記載の射出成形装置。 9.前記射出シリンダは、底面領域に排出口(24)を備えたマウスピースイン サート(26)を有するマウスピースを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし 8のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 10.前記マウスピースインサート(26)は、第一領域でマウスピース(25 )に良熱伝導接合され、他の領域でマウスピースから突出することを特徴とする 請求項9に記載の射出成形装置。 11.前記供給路(12)の領域内の温度(T1)は材料を可塑化するのに適し た、好ましくは約70から80℃の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし 10のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 12.前記排出口(24)の近傍温度は、射出成形中、金型内に導かれる材料が 排出口に至るまで加硫されると共に、金型が開放された際、排出口で加硫した材 料がスプールと共に排出口から排出されるように制御されることを特徴とする請 求項1ないし11のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 13.前記マウスピースインサート(26)は断熱材料から形成され、及び/又 は、マウスピースインサート(26)の内面は断熱コーティングを備えることを 特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の射出成形装置。 14.前記マウスピースインサート(26)又はコーティングは、V2A,V4 A等のニッケルクロム鋼又はセラミックスからなることを特徴とする請求項13 に記載の射出成形装置。 15.前記インサート(16)は、V2A,V4A等のニッケルクロム鋼又はセ ラミックスからなることを特徴とする請求項7ないし14のいずれか1項に記載 の射出成形装置。
