Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.LipL1およびLipL2よりなる群から選択される蛋白質のアミノ酸配 列を含む単離された蛋白質。 2.還元条件下においてSDS−PAGEで測定した場合、蛋白質LipL1が 約35kDaの分子量を有し、蛋白質LipL2が約41kDaの分子量を有す る、請求の範囲第1項記載の単離された蛋白質。 3.蛋白質が図2、図5のアミノ酸配列、およびそれぞれ信号ペプチド配列のな い前記のアミノ酸配列よりなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列を本質的に有する 、請求の範囲第1項記載の単離された蛋白質。 4.LipL1およびLipL2よりなる群から選択される実質的に純粋な蛋白 質。 5.SEQ ID NO.3、SEQ ID NO.6、およびそれぞれ信号ペプチド 配列のない前記のものよりなる群から選択されるアミノ酸配列。 6.SEQ ID NO.1、2、4、5および信号ペプチド配列を暗号化する領 域のない前記のものよりなる群から選択される核酸配列。 7.請求の範囲第1項記載の単離された蛋白質を暗号化する核酸配列。 8.請求の範囲第7項記載の核酸配列を含む組み換えベクター。 9.請求の範囲第8項記載のベクターにより形質転換された細胞。 10.細胞が原核生物である、請求の範囲第9項記載の細胞。 11.原核生物が大腸菌である、請求の範囲第10項記載の原核生物。 12.請求の範囲第7項記載の核酸配列を有する宿主を形質転換し、そして 核酸配列を宿主中で発現させる 段階を含む、LipL1またはLipL2のアミノ酸配列を含む蛋白質を製造す る方法。 13.さらに蛋白質を単離する段階も含む、請求の範囲第12項記載の方法。 14.宿主が原核生物である、請求の範囲第13項記載の方法。 15.免疫学的に有効な量のLipL1、LipL2を単独でまたは組み合わせ て製薬用に認められる担体中に含む、動物に病原性レプトスピラに対する免疫応 答を誘発するために有用な製薬学的組成物。 16.製薬用に認められる担体がアジュバントを含有する、請求の範囲第15項 記載の製薬学的組成物。 17.動物を請求の範囲第15項記載の組成物で免疫感作することを含む、動物 に病原性レプトスピラに対する免疫応答を誘発する方法。 18.免疫学的に有効な量のLipL1、LipL2、または両者と結合する抗 体を製薬用に認められる担体中に含む、動物に病原性レプトスピラに対する免疫 応答を 誘発するために有用な製薬学的組成物。 19.LipL1およびLipL2よりなる群から選択される蛋白質を結合でき る抗体。 20.抗体がポリクローン性である、請求の範囲第19項記載の抗体。 21.抗体がモノクローン性である、請求の範囲第20項記載の抗体。 22.LipL1またはLipL2を暗号化する核酸配列と結合可能な核酸配列 プローブとサンプルを接触させかつそのような結合を検出する段階を含む、サン プル中でレプトスピラを検出する方法。 23.LipL1またはLipL2と結合可能な抗体とサンプルを接触させ、そ して そのような結合を検出する 段階を含む、サンプル中でレプトスピラを検出する方法。 24.サンプルが生物学的サンプルである、請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 25.サンプルが哺乳動物からのものである、請求の範囲第24項記載の方法。 26.抗原を結合可能な抗体をサンプル中で検出する方法であって、 抗体が抗原と結合可能な条件下でサンプルと抗原を接触させ、そして 抗原に対する抗体の結合を検出する ことを含み、抗原がLipL1およびLipL2よりな る群から選択される方法。 27.抗原に検出可能に標識が付けられる、請求の範囲第26項記載の方法。 28.LipL1およびLipL2よりなる群から選択される抗原を検出するた めに有用なキットであって、抗原を結合可能な試薬を含有する1個又はそれ以上 の容器を有するキット。 29.試薬が抗体および抗原に特異的な核酸配列よりなる群から選択される、請 求の範囲第28項記載のキット。 30.LipL1およびLipL2よりなる群から選択される抗原を含有する1 個以上の容器を有する、抗原に対する抗体の検出に有用なキット。 31.レプトスピラが病原性である、請求の範囲第22項記載の方法。 32.レプトスピラが病原性である、請求の範囲第23項記載の方法。 33.SEQ ID NO.1、2、4、5および信号ペプチド配列を暗号化する 領域のない前記のものよりなる群から選択される核酸配列を含む実質的に純粋な ポリヌクレオチド組成物。 34.さらに製薬用に認められる担体も含む、請求の範囲第33項記載の実質的 に純粋なポリヌクレオチド組成物。
