Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.溶融合金を急速凝固させてストリップにするための、微晶質組織または非 晶質組織を有する急冷支持体であって、その急冷面が熱伝導性合金からなり、か つその組織が実質的に均質である急冷支持体。 2.熱伝導性合金が銅を基礎とする、請求項1記載の急冷支持体。 3.熱伝導性合金が析出硬化銅合金である、請求項2記載の急冷支持体。 4.熱伝導性合金が分散硬化銅合金である、請求項2記載の急冷支持体。 5.熱伝導性合金がベリリウム銅合金である、請求項3記載の急冷支持体。 6.合金が、1μmを越え1,000μm未満の大きさの構成結晶粒度均質性 を有する、請求項1記載の急冷支持体。 7.請求項6記載の急冷支持体を製造する機械的変形/熱処理方法。 8.急冷面を熱処理工程の前にリング圧延する、請求項7記載の方法。 9.急冷面を熱処理工程の前に押出しする、請求項7記載の方法。 10.構成結晶粒度均質性が、一般に1μmを越え300μm未満の大きさで ある、請求項1記載の急冷支持体。 11.請求項10記載の急冷支持体を製造する機械的変形/熱処理方法。 12.急冷面を熱処理工程の前にリング圧延する、請求項11記載の方法。 13.急冷面を熱処理工程の前に押出しする、請求項11記載の方法。 14.合金が、1μmを越え50μm未満の粒度をもつ結晶粒が約80%、残 りは50μmを越え300μm未満であることを特徴とする構成結晶粒均質性を 有する、請求項1記載の急冷支持体。 15.請求項14記載の急冷支持体を製造する機械的変形/熱処理方法。 16.急冷面を熱処理工程の前にリング圧延する、請求項15記載の方法。 17.急冷面を熱処理工程の前に押出しする、請求項15記載の方法。
