Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject bead loom capable of allowing warps to be opened by piercing the warps through cylindrical needles made of iron and allowing a magnet 5 to draw and divide the cylindrical needles. SOLUTION: Cylindrical needles 3 pierced by warps are arranged at the positions separated by the odd number warps and the even number warps in the front and rear direction so as to be in two lines, and a magnet 5 installed in the under parts of the cylindrical needles arranged in two lines is moved in the front and rear, and right and left directions to open the odd number warps and the even number warps alternately to interweave wefts to cross each other and move beads 2 when the opening is closed.

2. Description of the Related Art A weaving machine uses a tool called a heald to open a warp yarn up and down and pass a shuttle through the gap.
Although weft yarns are lurking in a cross, it is very difficult to weave beads with a machine because beads are difficult to pass between healds. There was no other way than weaving beads one by one with a hand needle.

In order to mechanically weave the beads, it is necessary to devise a gap in which the weft passes between the warps without crossing the healds.

EXAMPLE 1 An example will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 2, a horizontally long magnet (5) is moved to a position of a cylindrical needle passed through an odd-numbered warp, and the cylindrical needle is lifted up. Mount it and lower it to the stopper position. In FIG. 3, the weft is sunk using a shuttle in the gap between the warps formed by the odd-numbered warps descending to the position of the stopper. When the magnet (5) is further lowered below the stopper,
The cylindrical needle returns from the magnet to its original position. Subsequently, the first row of beads (2) is moved to the front while passing through the cylindrical needle. Next, after moving the magnet (5) to the position of the cylindrical needle passed through the even-numbered warp, the cylindrical needle is lifted up, the cylindrical needle is lowered to the position of the stopper, and the weft is sunk. To lower the warp to its original position, and move the second row of beads toward you. By repeating the above operation, the beads are folded.

Embodiment 2 In FIG. 4, the present invention relates to an iron cylindrical needle (3).
Alternatively, the same effect can be obtained by a method in which a warp thread is passed through both ends of the iron double-ended needle (4).
