Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. マスタブレーキシリンダ(22)と、高圧ポンプ(23)の吸込み側と の間に延びる、自動車用の液圧式のブレーキ装置の吸込み導管(21)内に設け られた電磁弁(1)において、 プレロードのかけられた戻しばね(36)の作用下にある閉鎖部材(15)が 、弁開口(13)を取り囲む弁座(14)に作用し、 前記閉鎖部材(15)が、吸込み導管(21)のマスタブレーキシリンダ側の 部分(21.1)に配属されていて、弁座(14)が、ポンプ側の導管部分(2 1.2)に配属されており、 閉鎖部材(15)が、戻しばね(36)のばね力に抗して摺動可能な磁石可動 子(5)に働く磁石力によって、弁座(14)から持ち上げられるようになって いて、前記磁石可動子(5)が、吸込み導管(21)の、マスタブレーキシリン ダ側の部分(21.2)に接続された弁室(17)内に収容されている形式のも のにおいて、 閉鎖部材(15)が、プッシュロッド(27)に配置されており、 前記プッシュロッド(27)が、磁石可動子(5)の貫通する長手方向孔(2 6)内でこの磁石可動子(5)に対して相対的に長手方向可動に収容されており 、 プッシュロッド(27)の前記相対的な長手方向運動が、可動子ストローク( H)よりも小さいストローク(h)に制限されており、 戻しばね(36)が、閉鎖部材とは反対側で少なくとも間接的にプッシュロッ ド(27)に作用するようになっており、 プッシュロッド(27)に、戻しばね(36)のばね力に抗する圧縮コイルば ね(34)が、少なくとも間接的に作用し、該圧縮コイルばね(34)は磁石可 動子(5)に支えられており、 圧縮コイルばね(34)のプレロードが、戻しばね(36)のプレロードより も大きいことを特徴とする、自動車用の液圧式のブレーキ装置内に設けられた電 磁弁。 2. プッシュロッド(27)が、磁石可動子(5)で支えられた、閉鎖部材 (15)を備えた直径の大きいヘッド(28)と、磁石可動子(5)の長手方向 孔(26)内に延びる、つば(スリーブ30)を備えた直径の小さいシャフト( 29)とを有しており、該つばの、閉鎖部材側の端面側(31)に圧縮コイルば ね(34)が作用し、閉鎖部材とは反対側の端面側(32)に戻しばね(36) が作用するようになっている、請求項1記載の電磁弁。 3. つばが、プッシュロッド(27)のシャフト(29)に押し付けられた スリーブ(30)によって形 成されている、請求項2記載の電磁弁。 4. 磁石可動子(5)の長手方向孔(26)が、つば(スリーブ30)の閉 鎖部材側の端面側(31)と協働する、プッシュロッド(27)の長手方向運動 を制限する段部(33)を有している、請求項2記載の電磁弁。 5. 圧縮コイルばね(34)が、プッシュロッド(27)のシャフト(29 )で長手方向ガイドされている、請求項3記載の電磁弁。
