Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも80重量%が、ガラスフィラメントと、緊密に混ぜ合わされた 熱可塑性有機材料のフィラメントとから成る混成糸であるガラス糸であって、置 かれたガラスの量が、ガラス糸と有機材料との形態で置かれた材料の全量の40 重量%を超えているガラス糸を、移動素地の上へ連続して置き、 このガラス糸/有機材料結合物を、該結合物が加熱、圧縮、そして冷却される 複数の領域であって、前記結合物の加熱および/または冷却が圧縮を同時に伴う ような複数の領域へ移送し、 前記結合物をシート形態に裁断し、あるいは、前記結合物を回転ドラムの上へ 巻き取る工程より成る、 フィラメント状態のガラス糸と熱可塑性有機材料との組み合わせにより得られ る複合製品の製造方法。 2. 前記移動素地が、ガラス糸により形成された布の細長片であり、該細長片 の少なくとも一部がガラスフィラメントと熱可塑性有機材料のフィラメントとか ら成る混成糸であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された複合製品の製造方法 。 3. 前記移動素地が、コンベヤであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された 複合製品の製造方法。 4. 置かれた前記ガラス糸と前記熱可塑性有機材料とが、専ら、少なくとも一 部が混成糸により形成された少なくとも一つの布の細長片および/またはニット の細長片の形態であることを特徴とする先行するクレームのいずれか1項に記載 された複合製品の製造方法。 5. 置かれた前記熱可塑性有機材料が、専ら細断糸形態であることを特徴とす る請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された複合製品の製造方法。 6. 置かれた前記熱可塑性有機材料が、専ら連続糸で構成されたことを特徴と する請求項1ないし3のいずれか1項に記載された複合製品の製造方法。 7. 少なくとも一部が混成糸により形成された少なくとも一つの布の細長片お よび/またはニットの細長片を、前記移動素地の上に置くと共に、細断されたま たは連続な混成糸の少なくとも一つのシートも、該シートが前記細長片の少なく とも一つの面に接触させられるように置き、形成された糸/布の細長片および/ またはニットの細長片の結合物のシートを加熱し、そして冷却及び裁断または巻 き取りする前に、前記シートの二つの面で圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1な いし3のいずれか1項に記載された複合製品の製造方法。 8. a)細断混成糸のシートを、移動コンベヤの上に置き、 b)専ら混成糸により形成された布の細長片を、前記シートの上に置き、 c)細断混成糸の第二シートを、前記布の細長片の上に適宜置き、 d)形成されたシート/細長片結合物を第一領域へ移送し、該第一領域におい て前記結合物を加熱し、それから前記結合物を第二領域へ移送し、該第二領域に おいて前記結合物を同時に圧縮及び加熱し、 e)前記結合物を第三領域に移送し、該第三領域において前記結合物を圧縮か つ冷却し、 f)前記結合物を、前記第三領域の出口において裁断すること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合製品の製造方法。 9. a)専ら混成糸より形成された布の第一の細長片を、移動コンベヤの上に 置き、 b)細断混成糸のシートを、前記第一の細長片の上に置き、 C)専ら混成糸により形成された布の第二の細長片を、前記シートの上に置き 、 d)細断混成糸の第二シートを、前記第二の細長片の上に適宜置き、 e)形成された細長片/シート結合物を第一領域へ移送し、該第一領域におい て前記結合物を加熱し、それから前記結合物を第二領域へ移送し、該第二領域に おいて前記結合物を同時に圧縮及び加熱し、 f)前記結合物を第三領域へ移送し、該第三領域において前記結合物を圧縮か つ冷却し、 g)冷却された前記結合物を、前記第三領域の出口において裁断すること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合製品の製造方法。 10. a)専ら混成糸より形成された布の第一の細長片を、移動コンベヤの上 に置き、 b)一つ以上の連続混成糸を、前記第一の細長片の上に置き、 C)専ら混成糸により形成された布の第二の細長片を、前記連続混成糸の上に 置き、 d)一つ以上の連続混成糸あるいは細断混成糸のシートを、前記第二の細長片 の上に適宜置き、 e)形成された細長片/シート結合物を第一領域へ移送し、該第一領域におい て前記結合物を加熱し、それから前記結合物を第二領域へ移送し、該第二領域に おいて前記結合物を同時に圧縮及び加熱し、 f)前記結合物を第三領域へ移送し、該第三領域において前記結合物を圧縮か つ冷却し、 g)冷却された前記結合物を、前記第三領域の出口において裁断すること を特徴とする請求項7に記載の複合製品の製造方法。 11. 前記混成糸のシートの幅が、それ(それら)と結合された布の細長片お よび/またはニットの細長片の幅と同一であることを特徴とする請求項7ないし 10のいずれか1項に記載された複合製品の製造方法。 12. 置かれたガラスの重量が、コンベヤの上に置かれた前記熱可塑性有機材 料の全重量の少なくとも半分を占める先行するクレームのいずれか1項に記載さ れた複合製品の製造方法。 13. 混成糸の巻取り用の貯蔵装置と、前記巻取りから引き出された連続混成 糸を供給されるカッタと、シート形態の細断混成糸の移送と貯蔵と分配とを確実 にする一つ以上の装置と、少なくとも二つ以上の混成糸の布ロールを支持する少 なくとも一つの小形バレル付きの装置と、前記細断混成糸及び布の細長片が置か れるコンベヤと、該コンベヤの終端に配設された予熱炉と、上流部に加熱ドラム 、下流部に冷却されたロール、そして中央部に冷却領域へと続く加熱領域を備え た一対のベルトから成るプレスと、自動裁断機と、を備えたことを特徴とする請 求項8または9のいずれか1項に記載された複合製品の製造方法を実施するため の装置。 14. 混成糸の巻取り用の貯蔵装置と、前記混成糸が布の細長片形態か、連続 糸形態か、または適宜細断糸形態で置かれるコンベヤと、前記コンベヤの上流で 少なくとも二つの布ロールを支持する第一の小形バレル付きの装置と、このコン ベヤの上方で連続混成糸を分配する一つ以上の装置と、混成糸の分配用の第二装 置またはカッタ及び細断糸の分配用の装置が適宜続く、下流にある少なくとも二 つの布ロールを支持する第二の小バレル付きの装置と、前記コンベヤの終端に配 設された予熱炉と、上流部に加熱ドラム、下流部に冷却されたロール、そして中 央部に冷却領域へと続く加熱領域を備えた一対のベルトから成るプレスと、自動 裁断機と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項10に記載された複合製品の製造方 法を実施するための装置。
