羽目板の製造手段及び製造方法
[技術分野]
本発明は、羽目板の製造手段及び製造方法に関するもので、限定はされないが
、特に内部及び外部の両方のウォーリングシステムに用いるための耐力壁パネル
に関する。
[背景技術]
1990年8月7日付けの本出願人の先行特許出願60234/90において
は、好ましくはガラス繊維強化プラスターで形成される、一対の対向配置された
長方形対向パネルと、同様にガラス繊維強化プラスターで形成されることが好ま
しい、平行関係で前記パネルに連結及び結合してそれらに横断状に延在し、間隔
をおいて平行に伸長する複数のウェブ材とを含む中空状羽目板ユニットの成型方
法が記載されている。前記ウェブ材によって、成型パネルの対辺の間に延在する
内部のコアまたはキャビティが形成されている。前述の特許明細書において記載
された成型技術は一般に小量生産の操業をする分には充分で実行可能であること
がわかっていたが、非常に労力がかかってしまうということから、大量生産を行
うに際しては満足の得られるものではなかった。
[発明の開示]
したがって、本発明の主要な目的は、労力があまりかからず、大量生産の操業
にも商業的により実行可能な、先行特許出願60234/90で記載及び請求さ
れたタイプの羽目板ユニットを製造するための改良された成型方法を提供するこ
とにある。
本発明の一形態によれば、間隔をおいて横断状に延在する複数のウェブにより
連結する第1及び第2の対向外壁を有し、該ウェブは前記外壁とによって成型板
の対辺の間に延在する内部のキャビティを形成する一体式中空羽目板の成型方法
は基本的に、
(i) 好ましくはプラスターと水の液状混合物の第1の層を前記第1の外壁を
形成するために伸長トレー状型枠に加え、
(ii) たとえばガラスロービング等の強化剤の層を型枠に導入し;
(iii) 密接して平行に配置された、取り外し可能な複数のプラグ部材を、それ
らの長手方向の対辺の間の型枠を横切って延在するように、その下面は型枠の基
板壁から間隔をおいて支持され、隣接するプラグ部材の間の空間は羽目板のウェ

本発明の好適な実施例によれば、強化剤供給ユニットの下を通過する際に、最
初に強化剤の第1の層を型枠の水平基板壁に供給し、次に、型枠を横断して置か
れるようにそれらの片側からプラグ部材が(静止している)型枠に水平方向に挿
入され、その後、液状プラスター供給ビンの下を走行する際に、型枠に最初の液
状混合物を添加する。
好ましくは、強化剤の第1の層は横断して延在する垂直プレートによって押さ

るために、グリーススプレーユニットの下を通過することが好ましい。またプラ
グ部材も、型枠に挿入する前に適当な離型材で給脂されることが好ましい。
好ましくは、型枠はそれらの対向する縦の縁に沿って延在する直立した平行の

の結合は、比較的長い一体式プラグ部材を用いるよりも、より簡単に壊すことが
可能である。
成型剤が充分に固められると、型枠は駆動手段によってキャリジから、キャリ
ジの一方に載置される傾斜台に移動する。該傾斜台は、水平の載置位置がら略垂
直の排出位置に回動可能で、該排出位置において、羽目板は保管用に型枠から取
り出すことが可能である。
本発明にかかる成型方法は、プラグの挿入・抽出機構とそれらの反対側に進路
の一端と隣接して取り付けられた傾斜台を備え、走行台が天井液状プラスター供
給ビンあるいはホッパー、及び通路の端部の中間に取り付けられた天井強化剤供
給ユニットの下を通過するように、たとえばケーブル及びウインチ機構を用いて
、走行台またはキャリジを直線の進路に沿って前後に駆動することによって行わ
れる。
本発明の方法によれば、進路の長さに沿って間隔をおいて配置された各種ワー
クステーションによって連続的な生産ラインを用いて行うことも当然理解される
。型枠をある位置から次の位置に移動するために、連続コンベヤーアセンブリー
が用いられることもある。
本発明をさらに説明するために、本発明にかかる実施形態について、添付する
図面に関して、概略的に図示し、以下にさらに詳細に示す。

[発明を実施するための最良の形態]
第8図について説明する。羽目板10はガラス繊維強化プラスター(石膏)か
ら形成され、間隔をおいて対向する一対の長方形状外壁11,12を備え、該外
壁はそれらを横切って延在し、間隔をおいて伸長する複数のウェブ材13によっ
て互いに結合されており、前記外壁の内面と前記ウェブ材の対向垂直面とが共に
、それらの幅を横切る外壁11,12の間に延在する複数の方形状コアまたはキ
ャビティ14を構成する。本実施形態においては、ウェブ材13は互いに平行で
、方形横断面形状であるが、他の横断面形状を用いることも可能である。
第1図及び第2図で示されるバッチ式テーブル成型方法において、羽目板10
を形成するトレイ状型枠15は、レール17に沿って走行するように配置された
移動式キャリジ16上に支持され、凝結後に成型板がそこから容易に取り外され
ることを確実にするために、型枠15の表面に適当な離型剤を噴霧するスプレー
ユニット(図示省略)の下を最初に通過する。グリーススプレーユニットから、
キャリジ16は、型枠15の基板壁を覆ってほぼ平らな層19を形成するように
、ガラスロービングを移動する型枠15に供給する(当該技術において周知の)
多頭ガラスカッター/発振器フィーダー18を含む強化剤受け入れステーション
の下を通過する。
強化剤の第1の層が加えられた後、キャリジ16は、該キャリジ16が固定す
るようにプラグ装填ステーションに移動し、複数の取り外し可能な中空プラグは
、それらの幅を横切ってその下面がガラスファイバーの第1の層19に接触して
延在するように、型枠の側壁の孔を通じてプラグ挿入・抽出ユニット21によっ

本実施例において、縦方向に伸長して間隔を置いて配置された一連のブレード
23を含む垂直方向に移動可能なガラスファイバー固着装置22は、ガラス層1
9を押しつけるために用いられ、一方プラグ20は、それぞれのプラグ20が一
組の近接するブレード23の間に位置する状態で、型枠キャビティに滑動して挿
入される(第3図参照)。一度プラグ20が完全に挿入されると、ブレード23
は同時にキャリジ16上の引き込み位置に引き上げられる。
次に、移動台16はプラグ20の表面を適当に噴霧するために再びグリースス
プレーユニットの下を移動し、その後プラスターが天井サイロまたはホッパー2
6から供給される液状プラスター供給バケット25の下を通過し、該プラスター
はバケット25で水と混合される。液状プラスターは完成パネルの壁12の厚さ
に近い深さまで型枠に注入される。キャリジ16に取り付けられたバイブレータ
27は液状混合物を型枠内で振動させるように作動する。
次に、型枠15はガラス繊維供給ユニット18の下にさらに進められ、ガラス
ロービングが型枠の幅に渡ってプラグ20の上面に配置される。キャリジ16が
静止した状態で、ガラスロービングは手動ビーターバーまたはブレード29によ
って、隣接するプラグ20の間の空間に手動で押しつけられる。その後、型枠は

プラグ抽出装置21は、液状混合物を固定した後、型枠15から内部のプラグ
を抜き取るために用いられる。該抽出装置21はプラグ20と一緒にグリップバ
ーまたはレール31が、最初に型枠15から側方より水平方向に短い距離で引き
戻されるように作動する。このような動作で、固定プラスター剤とプラグ20の
表面の間の結合を十分に壊すことができる。このように最初に分離した後に、グ
リップバーまたはレール31はプラグ20が型枠15から十分に引き抜かれるよ
うに比較的長距離で引き戻される。プラグ20は型枠15の長手方向の周壁33
の1つに形成された対応形状の開口を通り抜ける(第7図(a)参照)。このよ
うにしてプラグは引き抜かれ、型枠15はキャリジ16から、進路17を隔てて
抽出装置21と対向して配置される支持枠36に回動可能に取り付けられる傾斜
移動台35に移動する(第5図参照)。次に、傾斜台35は約90度傾斜して(
第6図参照)、羽目板が型枠15から取り出され、羽目板を乾燥ラック(図示省
略)に移動させる移動リグ(図示省略)に移動させる。
次に、キャリジ11は同様の手順を繰り返すために元の位置に戻る。
第5図について、再度説明を加える。型枠15の傾斜台35への移動は、キャ
リジ16及び傾斜台35の上部にそれぞれ取り付けられ、回動自材に伸長してい
る一連の支持ロータ38,39によって補助されている。型枠は型枠15の基板
の下面に取り付けられた一連のリンクチェーン40によって、ローラ38に渡っ
て駆動によりならされる。チェーン40はそれぞれ駆動スプロケット41と協力
して駆動するようにモータ(図示省略)に連結されている。
第6図について説明する。傾斜台35は枠36で回転するように軸付けされた
オフセットピボットシャフト42を有し、該傾斜台35の回転は、それぞれが該
傾斜台35の下部に固定された部分円形セグメント44の周りと、モータ47に
連結され、駆動により2方向ウインチドラム45の周りを通過する複数の分離ケ
ーブル43(1つのみを示す)によって行われる。該傾斜台35は上方向の傾斜
動作を平衡させるためにバランスウェイト(図示省略)を備えている。
一度、傾斜台35がほとんど垂直方向の傾斜位置に動くと、型枠15の3つの

バー31を型枠15の端面33に隣接する位置に完全に移動させるように下げる
ことが可能である。
グリップバー31は、プラグ20の端部65に離脱可能に結合するために、そ
の長さに沿って延在する内部のT型溝付き開口64を構成するジョーを備えてい
る。プラグの端部65は、プラグが挿入された状態で型枠が固定バー31の通路
を経る際に、開口内に滑動可能に位置する。
