Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.熱硬化性プラスチックから成るマトリックス材料と強化材(1)とを含む複 合材の製造において、前記強化材が前記マトリックス材料によって濡れたという 表示を得るための工夫であって、前記強化材が、互いに平行な糸または繊維束か ら成る織物またはマットから構成されていて、縦糸、横糸および2つの隣接マッ トプライのそれぞれに強化材の異配向を有し、前記マトリックスによって濡れた 際に半透明/透明にならない、例えば炭素繊維またはアラミドから成る繊維束か ら構成されるものにおいて、 前記工夫は、前記マトリックスによって濡れた際に半透明または透明になる表 示糸/束(4)から構成されており、 前記表示糸/束は、少なくとも前記織物の前記縦糸又は横糸もしくは前記マッ トの前記プライの1つに、関連する強化糸/束と平行に挿入されており、 前記表示糸/束の体積は、前記複合材の性質が容認できない範囲まで影響を受 けないように、前記強化糸/束の体積に対して小さくなっていることを特徴とす る工夫。 2.前記表示糸/束(4)は、隣接する強化糸/束が全体的に濡れたときだけ、 半透明/透明になるように適用されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工 夫。 3.前記表示糸/束(4)は、前記強化材を横切って規則的に分配されているこ とを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工夫。 4.前記表示糸/束(4)は、強化材としての役目も果たす材料、例えばガラス 繊維またはポリマーから構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工夫 。 5.前記表示糸/束の体積は、最大値が強化材の全体積の約5%、好ましくは4 %であることを特徴とする上記請求項のいずれか1項に記載の工夫。 6.前記表示糸/束は、前記織物の前記縦糸および横糸の両方に含まれており、 それらは濡れた際に前記織物全体に半透明/透明になる交差部分を形成すること を特徴とする請求項1に記載の工夫。 7.前記マットは少なくとも2つのプライから構成され、表示糸/束が各プライ に挿入されて、濡れた際に前記マット全体に半透明/透明になる交差部分を形成 するように適用されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の工夫。
