部に亘って配設された足掛け杆であり、前記ガイドフッ
ク7,7が例えば図1および図2に示すようガイドレー
ル6,6の内側方向から係合されている場合には外側方
向の側面へ、また、図3に示すようガイドフック7,7
がガイドレール6,6の外側方向から係合されている場
合には内側方向の側面へというように、ガイドフック
7,7の係合方向と反対方向の側面へ突出するよう配設
される。この足掛け杆8‥‥8によってタラップ装置
が、吐出用配管5の立設位置と接近した位置に構成され
るので、吐出用配管5の立設位置と反対方向のマンホー
ル壁面には、従来のようなステップの突設は不要とな
る。
