道面よりも高く設けられた管理通路の転落防止柵におい
て、前記通路の地中に埋設されて上端が路面に開口する
筒状のケ−スパイプと、このケ−スパイプの上端開口部
に着脱可能に取り付けられるケ−スブロックと、前記ケ
−スブロックを貫通してケ−スパイプ内を上下にスライ
ドしうる支柱部材とからなり、前記ケ−スパイプには、
支柱部材の下部に軸方向に直角に固定した回り止め突起
に適合して当該支柱部材を回り止めしつゝ上下させるガ
イド溝を有し、ケ−スブロックには、上昇した支柱部材
の前記回り止め突起が係合して支柱部材の離脱を阻止す
る係合部と、前記回り止め突起が係合部に係合した状態
で支柱部材を一方向のみに倒起しうる断面U字状の保持
部とを有し、支柱部材の前記回り止め突起の上部の所定
部位に、該支柱部材を曲折しうる曲折部を形成し、支柱
部材を直線状態で下方にスライドさせて前記曲折部をケ
−スパイプ内に位置させることによって、当該支柱部材
を直立させ、上方に引き出して係合部において管理通路
面上に沿わせて倒し、かつ前記曲折部で管理通路の車道
側の側壁に沿って垂下させるよう構成してなることを特
徴とする転落防止柵用支柱。

て倒し、かつ上部の曲折部で管理通路の車道側の側壁に
沿って垂下させるよう構成してなることを特徴とする転
落防止柵用支柱。
