Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve scrapping operability and to improve recyclability and economy with excellent easy scrapping by simply, rapidly separating a skin material and a pad material integrally molded with a rear surface side of the skin material. SOLUTION: A skin 5 and a skin material 3 made of a wadding 6 connected to a rear surface side of the skin 5 are formed in a predetermined shape by sewing, a stock solution of a foam synthetic resin is injected at the wadding 6 side of the skin material 3, and a pad material 9 is integrally foam molded with the material 3. An olefin synthetic resin film 7 is laminated at the wadding 6 side of the material 3. Sewed parts 11, 21, 22 of the material 3 are connected to the material 9. The film 7 is brought without contact with the material 9.
