If it is not fitted tightly, there is a risk that it will easily come off, so the installation process is extremely time-consuming. In addition, in the latter case, since the entire net B is exposed on the outer surface, the bag-like sewn portion of the net is visible from the outside, and even though the entire net is covered with the net, it cannot be said that it is preferable in terms of appearance. I can't.

The pillow part 3 is a cushioning part for making contact with the head comfortable and mitigating impact, and is formed from an outer skin 30, a cushion material 31, and a frame 32. The skin 30 has a hollow bag shape, and is integrated with the skin by filling the inside thereof with a cushion material 31 made of polyurethane foam and embedding a frame 32 therein. The terminal 4a of the net 4 is inserted between the inner periphery of the skin 30 and a front side (upper side in FIG. 1) edge 30a and a back side (lower side in FIG. 1) edge 30b, which are part of the skin. , and these three parts are integrated by joining them by high frequency welding or the like. The net 4 may be made of a material having high frequency welding properties such as polyvinyl chloride, or may have a net 41 stretched around its peripheral edge 40 having high frequency welding properties. The mesh 41 may be made of natural fibers, synthetic fibers, metal fibers, or wire, or may be a porous mesh made of plastic. A flange 4 is provided on the peripheral edge 40.
2 are formed, and the inner peripheral edges 30a, 30b of the epidermis 30
This makes it possible to prevent the peripheral edge portion 40 from slipping out and securely fix the net 4 to the skin 30.

Further, the inner peripheral edges 30a and 30b of the skin 30 are made to protrude around the removed portion 30c, and a groove-shaped trim line 30d is formed between them. This trim line 3
The central opening 2 is formed by cutting the removed portion 30c along 0d with a cutter.
This opening 2 can also be formed by cutting off the removed portion 30c at the same time during blow molding. Next, the peripheral edge 40 of the net 4 is inserted into the slight gap created between the inner peripheral edges 30a and 30b, and the three are stacked, and with the peripheral edge 40 sandwiched,
These are sandwiched between high-frequency welding electrodes 50 and 51, and a high-frequency welding current is passed between the electrodes to heat and melt the three, and then solidify and join them together.
The epidermis 30 with the net 4 thus obtained
Now, by injecting the polyurethane foam raw material liquid into the hollow bag-shaped portion and forming the cushion material 31, the doughnut-shaped head rest 1 will be obtained.

The end of the net 4 can be attached to the frame 32 by wrapping it around the frame 32 and fixing the leading end thereof with a suitable fixing means 43 such as adhesive tape, adhesive or tacker. The frame 32 with the net 4 removed is inserted into the skin 30 through the opening on the inner peripheral surface of the skin 30, and in this state, the three parts are integrally molded in the same manner as described above.
Furthermore, if a raw material solution for polyurethane foam is injected into the hollow bag-shaped portion of the skin 30 to form a cushion material, the frame 32 and the ends of the net 4 can be attached by embedding them in the layer of the cushion material 31.

である。 In the above-described embodiment, the skin 30 and the net 4 can be joined by any method, such as sewing, ultrasonic welding, bonding with a suitable adhesive, etc. In addition, the skin can be formed not only by blow molding but also by rotation molding, etc. Furthermore, it is possible to mold the divided bodies divided in the circumferential direction in advance, and when joining with the net, the two divided bodies are made to face each other and integrated by welding etc. It can be a two-stage process. In this case, molding methods such as injection molding, vacuum molding, and hot press can be applied.

The installation work can be made easier because the net does not spoil its appearance and there is no need to separately terminate the peripheral edge of the net. Furthermore, since the molded skin and the net are bonded together, there is no fear of wrinkles, etc., and the pillow part can be formed all around the circumference without being constrained by the shape of the pillow part.
