ートリッジケース内に回転可能に収容し、使用時に前記
リールの回転を許容し、不使用時に前記リールの回転を
拘束するリール回転制止手段を備えた磁気テープカート
リッジにおいて、 前記リール回転制止手段は、前記リールに対して接離可
能に移動してリールの回転を拘束する制止部材と、該制
止部材を制止方向に付勢する付勢部材と、前記リールと
一体に回転してドライブ側回転駆動手段のチャッキング
動作に応じて移動し前記制止部材を解除方向に移動させ
る解除部材とを有し、 前記制止部材と前記付勢部材とを一体に形成したことを
特徴とする磁気テープカートリッジ。
