Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a covered elastic yarn having an improved antistatic property, feeling and fabric appearance and to provide stockings. SOLUTION: This double covered elastic yarn obtained by using an elastic yarn as a core yarn 1 and doubly coiling a synthetic yarn filament around the core yarn 1 comprises an under covering yarn 2 comprising filaments including an electroconductive inorganic powder, and having <=15 de fiber size and 1-15 filament count, and an upper covering yarn 3 comprising a crimped textured yarn having <=2 de single fiber size. The stockings are obtained by using the covered elastic yarn at least at one part of a leg part.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an antistatic double covering elastic yarn and a stocking using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to improvement of a covering elastic yarn having excellent antistatic properties. In particular, the present invention relates to a covering elastic yarn having antistatic properties, antistatic washing durability, texture, and fabric appearance, which is useful as a stocking material for socks.

2. Description of the Related Art When stockings, skirts, pants and slips are worn, a phenomenon occurs in which they are attached to the feet due to the interaction due to their electrostatic charging. Therefore, in order to prevent this cling, knitting using antistatic long fibers containing a conductive polymer compound,
Post-processing in which a stocking knitting is followed by treatment with an antistatic component is known.

[0003] These methods can impart antistatic properties to stockings without impairing the strength and elongation, fabric appearance, color, and the like. Under a low humidity environment such as 40% RH or less, the antistatic effect is poor, and it is difficult to obtain a practically satisfactory antistatic effect. Further, when post-processing is performed using an antistatic component, there is a disadvantage that the antistatic component drops off when washing is repeated, thereby greatly reducing the antistatic effect and reducing the antistatic durability.

Although wearing a skirt and slip has an antistatic effect, there is a problem in that while pants fashion is rapidly increasing and established, clinging occurs at the bottom of the stockings when wearing pants and the antistatic effect is insufficient. further,
Since the anti-static yarn has a basic knitted structure and is added to the structure, the feeling of the stocking becomes rough and hard, and softening is required.

On the other hand, as an antistatic yarn exhibiting high antistatic properties even under low humidity, a fiber (conjugate fiber) in which conductive inorganic powder such as conductive carbon black is locally dispersed in the fiber.
Is known and used for various applications as a mixed fiber or a mixed spun yarn. However, there is a disadvantage that the inorganic powder appears on the fiber surface and the color of the fiber itself is poor. Therefore, when added to the upper portion of the leg portion, the fabric appearance becomes particularly poor in color.

The fineness of the elastic fiber forming the core yarn of the covering elastic yarn varies depending on the application of the stocking and the setting of the tightening pressure. However, the yarn strength is insufficient and troubles such as breakage of the core yarn at the time of covering and knitting may occur. In addition to preventing the occurrence of this phenomenon, while ensuring sufficient elasticity and durability as stockings, from the viewpoint of preventing the tightening force from becoming too strong, resulting in a feeling of pressure, a decrease in transparency, and an increase in coarseness Generally, it is preferably about 8 to 70 denier, more preferably about 10 to 40 denier.

According to the covering elastic yarn of the present invention, an antistatic yarn is used as the lower winding yarn for covering and a crimped yarn having a single fiber fineness of 2 denier or less is used as the upper winding yarn, so that the covering elastic yarn having excellent antistatic properties is obtained. Can be obtained. Furthermore, in the case of hosiery such as stockings, hosiery excellent in antistatic property and antistatic washing durability, and excellent in texture and fabric appearance can be obtained.
