PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice card for forming an echo section in a card main body of 1.5 mm thickness or less to improve the sound volume and also preventing an accident of swallowing a battery as a danger generated heretofore. SOLUTION: A voice card is constituted of a car base 2 formed at least of a voice IC control circuit, a speaker 5, a switch 12 and a thin battery 10, on which the thickness of respective components is 1.5 mm or less and holes whereon respective parts are disposed are formed, an upper face cover for covering the card base 2 and a lower face cover 3 for fixing the speaker and amplifying its vibration. Spaces are formed between the upper face cover and the lower face cover 3 and also between the upper face cover and a speaker face on speaker disposition hole sections of the card base 2.

ように樹脂による固定は実施しなかった。さらに、プリ
ント基板7に薄形電池10、薄形スピーカー5及び押圧
スイッチ12があらかじめ接続されていても良い。最後
にカードの寸法に打ち抜いた。なお、あらかじめカード
寸法に裁断されている場合は貼り合わせるだけでよい。

る下面カバーから構成され、且つ該カード基板のスピー
カー配置穴部分で上面カバーと下面カバー及びスピーカ
ー面との間に空間が設けられていることを特徴とするボ
イスカード。
