Abstract

A stator 33 is fixed to an outer surface of the rotator 32 via bearings 34 at both ends of the hollow shaft 31. The stator 33 is fixed to a bogie frame 20 via a spring 16 or the like. Also, both ends of the hollow shaft 31 are fixed to wheels 24 via joints 40. The joint 40 is fixed to the wheel 24 by a plurality of fastening screws 41. A rubber bush 42 is disposed on an outer periphery of the fastening screws 41. By disposing the rubber bush 42 between the wheel 24 and the fastening screw 41 that connects the joint 40 to the wheel 24, adjusting the rigidity of the bush 42 enables elastic supporting of the mass of the motor and the joint 40.
