2. Description of the Related Art There is known a ballpoint pen using an ink having a shear-thinning viscosity, which exhibits a high viscosity in a static state, and the viscosity is reduced by the rotation of a tip ball during writing, so that the ink flows out. When the viscosity of the ink is increased, there is a problem that the ink outflow state may become uneven or impossible to follow if the pressure is reduced by the weight of the ink or the rotation of the tip ball. In general, a ballpoint pen is liable to cause ink leakage (ink flows backward at the rear end of the ink storage tube) due to the weight and impact of the ink. For this purpose, a grease-like follower is usually provided at the rear end of the ink to suppress the backflow of the ink following the consumption of the ink during writing. However, even if a follower is provided, when writing upwards, if the ink on the back of the ball of the chip runs out, a backflow occurs because the ink head is added directly,
There is a danger that the inside of the barrel will be soiled and ink will leak from the air holes provided in the barrel to stain the hands and clothes.

Further, conventionally known correction applicators use a liquid such as ink having a hiding power containing a pigment or the like as a coating liquid, and there is a problem that the pigment sediments and separates from the solution.
A means for stirring the ink by inserting a ball or the like into the ink storage tube is provided. Therefore, it is necessary to stir the ink by shaking the applicator during use. In addition, since the ink storage tube is made flexible and the side wall thereof is pressed by hand to discharge the ink, there is a problem that the ink is excessively discharged, causing unevenness and slow drying. Further, when the remaining amount of the ink in the ink container becomes small, there is a frustration that the ink is not discharged even if the side wall of the ink container is pushed strongly.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to prevent the ink from flowing backward due to upward writing or impact of a ballpoint pen, thereby preventing the inside of a barrel, hands, and clothes from being stained. Even with the progress of ink-jet printing, ink is pumped by utilizing the pressurizing action of the writing pressure, and the ink is appropriately discharged to enable writing with a high density. Further, when a ballpoint pen-type correction applicator is used, the above-mentioned conventional problems can be solved.

When the writing tool for correcting a typographical error is used as the ballpoint pen writing body, the ink storage tube 13 is filled with white gel ink. The white gel ink is a white pigment ink containing at least a white pigment such as titanium oxide and hollow polymer fine particles and a gelling agent, which is blended so that sedimentation of the pigment is prevented and fluidity is not impaired. is there. When the viscosity of the ink is 10,000 cps or less (E-type viscometer, 1 rpm, 25 ° C.), the pigment tends to settle. On the other hand, if it is 50,000 cps or more, there is a problem in ink discharge. 1000 if preventing sedimentation of pigment
00 cps or more is desirable. In the present application, a means for forcibly ejecting ink by encouraging the writing pressure is used, so that it is possible to eject even such a high viscosity, and since the ink has a shear thinning viscosity, the tip ball In addition to the decrease in viscosity due to the rotation of, coating with a high concealing property becomes possible.

First, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ink fills the space 9 in front of the valve body 6 and fills the back of the tip ball 12 of the chip 10. When writing pressure is applied to the distal end ball 12 in this state, the mouthpiece 5 retreats with respect to the barrel 2 against the return spring 8, and retreats by a maximum of dimension 4. At that time,
The space 9 is reduced, the internal pressure is increased, ink is forcibly supplied into the chip 20, and the ink flows out with the rotation of the tip ball 12 accompanying writing. When the pen pressure is released, the mouthpiece 5 returns to the shaft cylinder 2, so that the space 9 is enlarged and the pressure is reduced. At this time, the valve 6 is opened, and the ink flows into the space 9 from the guide hole 2g. Hereinafter, by repeatedly writing and releasing the tip ball 12, the ink is sequentially pumped and the ink is reliably supplied into the chip even if the ink has a high viscosity.

By the way, the urging force of the spring 7 for bringing the valve body 6 into close contact with the valve body receiving seat 2f and the pressing force of the spring 11 for bringing the tip ball 12 into close contact with the ball holding portion of the chip are weak. The spring 7 is set to be weaker than the spring 11 because of the action configuration in which the valve 6 opens when the space 9 is depressurized. Since the second embodiment has the second valve body 22, there is no need to make a difference in strength between the spring 21 and the spring 7, and any setting suitable for performance can be made.

Further, even in the upward writing, the ink is supplied by the above-mentioned pumping action, and the writing can be performed. In addition, since the valve body is always closed, the tip 10 is turned upward to prevent the backflow of the ink due to its own weight or the impact of dropping.
On the other hand, when not writing, the rod shaft 1 of the spring 11
Since the tip ball 12 is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the chip holding portion by the pressing of 1a, direct current of ink is prevented. In addition, drying of the back surface of the tip ball 12 is prevented. Further, since the tip ball 12 slightly retreats due to the writing pressure, a gap is generated and ink can flow out.

The construction and operation of the ballpoint pen writing body of the present invention are as described above, and the backflow of ink due to upward writing or impact can be prevented by the normally closed valve body.
Accidents that stain the inside of the barrel, hands, clothes, etc. are prevented. In addition, since the ink is pumped by the writing pressure and the release thereof, the high-viscosity ink can reliably flow out, and it is possible to expect a thick writing line without unevenness in writing. Also, writing in an upward direction is possible. Further, in a state where writing is not performed, the tip ball is brought into close contact with the inner edge of the chip holding portion by the pressing of the rod shaft portion, so that direct current of ink is prevented. In addition, since the back surface of the tip ball is prevented from being dried, handwriting is prevented. In addition, since high-viscosity ink can flow out, it is possible to use ink which does not have a problem of sedimentation of the pigment like ink of a conventional correction applicator. Therefore, it is possible to provide a correction applicator that does not have the problem of stirring the ink and the problem of excessively discharging the ink by pressing the side wall of the ink storage tube.
