FIG. 1 shows a state in which the tip portion is directed upward. At this time, the valve element 9 is provided with a valve element receiving seat 8b of the valve chamber 8a.
And closes the guide hole 8d, so that even if the writing liquid is written upward and the coating liquid on the back surface of the tip end ball of the chip portion runs out, the coating liquid is caught by the head and does not flow backward. Therefore, when the tip portion is turned downward, the coating liquid can immediately flow out. (By the way, in the structure having no valve element, when the upward writing is repeated, the coating liquid acts in the backward flow direction, so that air is entrapped in the chip portion, and it becomes difficult for the coating liquid to immediately flow out in the downward writing.)

The construction and operation of the present invention are as described above. A convenient applicator capable of easily applying different coatings according to the size of the application area is different from a conventional applicator in chip processing and chip application. It can be provided at a low cost because there is no need to attach to the front shaft. Further, when a high-viscosity coating solution or a coating solution containing a metal filler is used, the problem that the ejection with the coating solution is hindered by inserting a spring into a conventional chip can be solved. Further, there is no problem that the white pigment and the solvent are separated from each other as in the prior art, so that it is not necessary to agitate the ink, and it is not necessary to press the side of the container during the coating operation.
