Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable visual inspection for an injector by rotating and moving the injector at a visual inspection area while tilting at a predetermined angle during the injector transfer. SOLUTION: An attachment consisting of an injector holder 1 and a rotary roller 2 is set swingably to a mount member 6. Many mount members 6 are arranged via an interval at a transfer conveyor 3. An injector A is transferred with the use of the transfer conveyor 3 along a guide 4 in a state while erected. The rotary roller 2 fitted to the injector holder 1 is separated free from the guide 4 at an area of a rotary driving mechanism 8 tilted to face a visual inspection area B formed during the transfer of the injector. The rotary roller is further tilted rearward by a pressing member to be pressed in touch with the rotary driving mechanism 8 because of its own weight. In consequence, the injector holder 1 is moved while rotated, so that a foreign matter such as dust or the like, a flaw, stain, etc., of the injector can be inspected visually and in liquid.

However, in this conventional type, when the syringe passes in front of the inspector, the transport member of the transport conveyor enters the background field of view and is obstructed, making it difficult to visually observe, and in addition, the syringe is scratched. There was a problem easily. In addition, since the syringe is passed upright in front of the inspector in the viewing area and moved with rotation, blind spots occur due to the illumination of the syringe, causing the syringe to be submerged in liquid or in the appearance. Visual inspection tends to be difficult,
There were drawbacks such as a high degree of fatigue of the inspector. In addition, it is conceivable to inspect the work such as a syringe at an angle in the visual area. However, changing the angle of the work due to the configuration impedes the transfer mechanism and prevents the visual background from being freely changed. The choice was difficult and problematic.
The present invention is intended to eliminate these conventional drawbacks, and allows the syringe to be tilted and rotated at a predetermined angle in a viewing area while being transported while the syringe is being transported. The handling operation is simplified, the inspection accuracy is significantly improved, and visual work can be performed efficiently.
An object of the present invention is to provide a method and an apparatus for visually inspecting a syringe, which can extremely easily detect dust, scratches, and dirt attached or mixed in the syringe and can reduce the degree of visual fatigue, at a low cost.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION According to the present invention, a conveyer provided with an attachment comprising a syringe holder for fitting and holding a syringe and a rotary roller, which can swing freely via a mounting member, runs along a guide. The syringe is fitted over and held by the syringe holder, the syringe is transported upright along the guide, and the syringe is tilted at a predetermined angle and transported together with the syringe holder in the visual area during the transportation of the syringe while rotating. The submerged inspection and the appearance inspection of the syringe are performed, and in the visual region, the syringe holder of the attachment is removed from the guide to be in a free state, and the rotary drive is inclined and provided to face the visual region. The mechanism is such that the rotating roller is pushed down by a member to be tilted backward, and the rotating roller is pressed against the rotating drive mechanism by its own weight to hold the syringe holder. Rotating and moving while, the syringe is fitted and held in said syringe holder and rotatably transported in an inclined state at a predetermined angle, such as dust of the syringe visually foreign matter or scratches,
The present invention is characterized in that an in-liquid inspection for dirt and the like and an appearance inspection are performed.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS In the present invention, an attachment having a syringe holder for fitting and holding a syringe and a rotating roller is swingably mounted on a mounting member and fixed to a conveyor, and the syringe holder is covered with the syringe. Mating and holding,
Transferring the syringe upright along the guide, comprising a rotary drive mechanism that is inclined and provided facing the viewing area during which the syringe is being transported and the guide is gone, leaving the syringe holder free in the viewing area, Furthermore, the syringe is tilted rearward by the pushing down member, and the rotating roller of the attachment is pressed against the rotation driving mechanism by its own weight, rotates and moves while rotating the syringe holder, and the syringe fitted and held in the syringe holder is fixed. It can be rotated and transported in an inclined state at an angle, and can be visually inspected for foreign substances such as dust and scratches, dirt, etc. in liquid and appearance inspection, and can always be kept in a state where visual work is easy. It is. That is, in the viewing area, the inspection work can be performed by the inspector without causing a visual error during transportation by merely rotating the syringe while being inclined, so that the inspection accuracy can be greatly increased.

A rotary drive mechanism that is fitted and held by placing the syringe over the syringe holder, transporting the syringe upright along a guide, and inclinedly facing a viewing area formed during transport of the syringe; The attachment is free in the viewing area, and further tilted backward by the pushing member, and the rotating roller of the attachment is pressed against the rotation drive mechanism by its own weight to rotate and move the syringe holder, thereby fitting and holding the syringe holder. The syringe is rotated and transported at a predetermined angle while tilted, and visually inspects the syringe for foreign substances such as dust, scratches, dirt, etc. By performing visual inspection, in which always can be visually it works keep the state easy to,
The handling operations in liquid inspection and appearance inspection are simplified, the inspection accuracy is significantly improved, and visual inspection can be performed efficiently.
A method and an apparatus for visually inspecting a syringe, which can extremely easily detect dirt and reduce the degree of visual fatigue, can be provided at low cost.
