Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform loading and unloading of bulk cargo at a wharf equipped with poor loading/unloading facilities. SOLUTION: A storage chamber 3 is made in a hopper shape, and thereover a belt conveyor 8 is installed which moves in reciprocations, receives bulk cargo from a receiving hopper 10, and drops into the storage chamber 3. Thus a loading facility L is formed. A discharge machine 17 running in reciprocations and a belt conveyor 18 to carry the exhausted bulk cargo are installed on the bottom of the storage chamber 3, and a cargo lifting facility U is formed from a vertical belt conveyor 19 to send the cargo therefrom to over an upper deck 4 and a belt conveyor 21 to carry it out onto a wharf.

A bogie 9 equipped with a belt conveyor 8 is built in the cover body 6.
Reciprocate on the rails laid inside. The belt conveyor 8 is capable of reversing the conveying direction, receives the bulk material supplied to the receiving hopper 10, drops from the sending end positioned at one end of the storage tank 3 through the input port 5, and drops into the storage tank 3. When a pile having a predetermined height is formed, the operation of slightly moving the cart 9 to form a pile having a predetermined height adjacent to the preceding pile is repeated. Then, when piles are formed in about half the space of the storage tank 3, the operation of reversing the conveying direction of the belt conveyor 8 and successively forming piles of a predetermined height from the opposite end is repeated.

A hopper-like storage tank which is long in the longitudinal direction of the hull is provided in a hold, and comprises a loading facility for putting loose materials into the storage tank and a discharge facility for discharging bulk materials from the storage tank to a wharf. A bulk carrier, wherein the loading facility is installed on an upper deck and receives a bulk material, and a bulk material from the receiving hopper is installed above the storage tank so as to be able to reciprocate in a hull longitudinal direction. Conveyor means for receiving and receiving the water from the delivery end and dropping into the storage tank, wherein the unloading equipment reciprocates in a hull longitudinal direction along the bottom of the storage tank and discharges the bulk little by little from the storage tank. First conveyor means for feeding the discharged bulk material to the front or rear of the storage tank along the bottom of the storage tank, and second conveyor means for feeding bulk material from the front or rear of the storage tank to the upper deck. And comprising a third conveyor means for feeding the loose material from above of the upper deck to the predetermined position of the wharf, it rose product carriers, characterized in that.
