Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To device automatic cargo handling facilities for landing bulk which are simple in structure, easily maintainable and do continuous and efficient landing irrespective of the kind and state of bulk cargo and do not reduce in loading capability. SOLUTION: Bulk cargo is forcibly taken out from the bottoms of cargo warehouses 9 and 10 by a delivery machine 12 and placed on a first conveyor 21 along a ship bottom, these are then sent toward an upper deck by a second conveyor 24, and then landed to a dock by a third conveyor. The belt 22 of the first conveyor 21 is extended to be used as the carrier belt 25 of the second conveyor 24, and thereby the necessity of transferring the bulks is eliminated. A pressing belt 29 is placed along the inclined part 27, and then the bulk is carried without being slid down on a steel slope route.

The second conveyor 75 of the automatic loading and unloading equipment shown in FIG. 5 needs to have a considerably gentle slope in order to carry loose objects and transport them to the vicinity of the upper deck without slipping back. In addition, the horizontal distance is significantly increased with respect to the height difference, and the bottom of the cargo hold 73 near the stern must be gradually raised according to the inclination. For this reason, it is inevitable that the total capacity of the cargo hold 73 is reduced and the loading capacity is reduced.

On the other hand, the second conveyor 75 of the automatic cargo handling equipment shown in FIG. 6 can be installed without lowering the loading capacity. However, the vertical belt conveyor forming the second conveyor 75 is pressed and closed by a large number of rollers so that the side edges of the two conveyor belts sandwiching the bulk material are not opened by the weight or pressure of the bulk material. And the whole structure is complicated, and large power is required for driving. In addition, if the bulk material is a powder or a low-moisture material that does not easily adhere to the conveyor belt, it is difficult for the bulk material to be carried vertically upwards, and it is difficult to transport it because it accumulates at the bottom, and it overflows at the entrance and There is a concern that spills may occur, and that bulk items that can be carried are limited.

That is, in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a belt conveyor for the first and second conveyors, wherein the second conveyor is located in front of or behind the cargo hold and is located near the bottom of the ship. A transport belt having an inclined portion extending toward the upper deck and carrying a bulk material, and a presser belt for sandwiching the bulk material with the inclined portion in cooperation with the transport belt, wherein the transport belt is provided by the first conveyor. The belt was formed to extend toward the upper deck.

As described above, the steep inclination can be achieved by sandwiching the bulk material between the two belts at the inclined portion, and the cargo hold can be installed without reducing the volume. In addition, the whole structure is simplified by the fact that it is sufficient to insert the loose objects so that they do not slip or spill, and that the belt of the first conveyor is extended to be a conveyor belt. Further, in conjunction with the removal of the bulk material from the cargo hold by the dispensing machine, the bulk material can be smoothly and continuously discharged efficiently regardless of the type and state of the bulk material.

In the illustrated embodiment, the carrier belt 25 is formed into a trough shape with reference to FIG.
Utilizing that No. 1 is composed of a central roller 31a for supporting the central portion of the belt and an inclined roller 31b for supporting both side portions of the belt, the pressing roller 38 is pressed against the upper surfaces of both side edges of the pressing belt 29.

The pressing roller 38 is substantially parallel to the inclined roller 31b, and is arranged alternately with the carrier roller 31. As a result, the inclined portion 27 and the holding portion 30 form a flat tunnel-shaped enclosing space 39 opened toward the sending end portion 26 and the sending end portion 28, and the bulk material received as it is from the first conveyor 21 as it is. It is transported above the upper deck in the sealed state, and the duct 23 is

The inclination angle of the inclined portion 27 of the second conveyor 24 is determined by the height difference between the feeding end 26 and the sending end 28 and the horizontal distance.
With only this, the inclination angle is equal to or greater than the maximum angle at which the loose object slides down, and is generally equal to or greater than 20 degrees and does not reach 90 degrees.

The length of the second conveyor 24 provided with such an inclined portion 27 is shorter than that of a vertical belt conveyor for vertically transporting bulk materials, and the weight and pressure of the packed bulk materials are reduced by component forces. Therefore, the force for pushing and expanding the inclined portion 27 and the holding portion 30 is small, and even if the installation interval between the carrier roller 31 and the holding roller 38 is increased, the bulk material can be conveyed without spilling. In addition, even if the bulk material is powdery or hardly adherent to the belt, it is easily carried along because it is sandwiched by the presser belt 29 at the inclined portion 27, so that the bulk material overflows at the entrance end 26. Does not occur. Further, since the belt 22 of the first conveyor 21 and the transport belt 25 of the second conveyor 24 are the same belt, there is a concern that the bulk material of the first conveyor 21 is transferred to the second conveyor 24 as it is and spills around at the time of delivery. Is eliminated.

Furthermore, since the second conveyor 24 can be steeply inclined, the horizontal distance can be shortened to secure the volumes of the cargo holds 9, 10 and to be installed without lowering the loading capacity.

As described above, the first conveyor along the bottom of the ship and the second conveyor connected thereto are forcibly taken out by the dispenser which reciprocates at the bottom of the bulk material loaded in the cargo hold. Transported above the upper deck without change, and then landed at a predetermined location on the wharf by a third conveyor. According to the present invention, it can be installed without lowering the loading capacity, has a simple structure and is easy to maintain, and can be continuously taken out and transported regardless of the type and condition of the bulk material. A good landing operation can be carried out.
