Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of laminated layers by accommodating in higher density the pattern area of bus bar to an electric connecting box. SOLUTION: In a bus bar structure accommodated in an electric connecting box where a tab terminal directed upward or downward is formed in the pattern area, other tab terminals 7c to 7i are welded adjacently to the pattern area of bus bar 7, in such a manner as forming at least a pair of upper and lower terminals or a pair of front and latter terminals or a pair of right and left terminals. As a result, the pattern area having enough space or width for erecting at least pair of tab terminals is no longer required and moreover another pattern area can be extended to these spaces. Accordingly, the pattern area can be formed in higher density, thereby reducing the number of laminated layers of bus bar.

That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, after a pair of tab terminals 7a and 7b are punched out in a developed state on the side edge of the pattern portion of the bus bar 7, one of the tab terminals 7a is indicated by a two-dot chain line. In the case where the tab terminal 7b is bent upward as shown in the drawing and the other tab terminal 7b is bent downward as shown by a two-dot chain line to form a pair of upper and lower tabs, a large space is required for cutting and raising the tab terminals 7a and 7b. Become. Further, as shown in FIG. 3B, after a pair of upper and lower tab terminals 7a and 7b are punched out in a developed state inside the wide pattern portion of the bus bar 7, the tab terminals 7a are turned upward as shown by a two-dot chain line. When the tab terminal 7b is bent downward as shown by the two-dot chain line, a large pattern portion is needed to cut and raise the tab terminals 7a and 7b. Note that both tab terminals 7a, 7
b may be bent in the same direction to form a front and rear pair.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a separate tab terminal is provided on a bus bar pattern portion so that at least a pair of upper and lower, front and rear, or left and right pairs are provided close to each other. By welding with each other, it is not necessary to provide a large wide space or a wide pattern portion for cutting and raising of at least a pair of tab terminals, and another pattern portion can be added to these spaces. Since the density of the portion can be increased, the number of stacked bus bars can be reduced.

Further, since the tab terminals are later welded to the bus bar pattern portion, the multilayer bus bars may have exactly the same shape, so that they can be molded with the same molding die and the cost of the mold can be reduced. Further, since the tab terminals can be welded to an arbitrary portion of the pattern portion of the bus bar, the degree of freedom in circuit design is improved, and it is easy to implement a grade.
