Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scaffold with a dustproof device capable of shortening the term of works. SOLUTION: Poles 22 are disposed in upright to the top face of a scaffolding floor 14, and each pole 22 is inserted into extending poles 24. Beam members 26 are connected at the upper ends of each extending pole 24 and assembled in a frame shape while the top faces of the beam members 26 are adjusted in height, in which the beam members 26 are brought into contact with a ceiling, and a working zone is formed between the ceiling and the scaffolding floor 14. The working zone is partitioned by a vinyl sheeting 28, and the vinyl sheeting 28 is formed in a baggy shape while the opening edge of the vinyl sheeting 28 is installed to the beam members 26. An exhaust port 29 is formed to the side face of the vinyl sheeting 28, and one end of a duct 30 for exhaust is mounted to the exhaust port 29. An exhaust fan 32 is set up at the other end of the exhaust duct 30, and air in the working zone is sucked by the exhaust fan 32, and exhausted through a filter 44.

2. Description of the Related Art Facilities such as buildings are repaired at a period of 15 to 20 years for the purpose of preventing deterioration over time, changing applications, and providing other functions. Most of the repair work that replaces equipment by removing ceilings, walls, floors, etc. is done while staying on a company holiday. Work scaffolds are used for the work of removing ceilings in living rooms and replacing equipment such as ceiling fans. Conventional work scaffolds
It consisted of a scaffold floor formed in a rectangular shape and four support legs attached to four corners of the lower surface of the scaffold floor.

However, in the conventional work scaffold, since dust generated during the work is diffused into the living room, curing before the work and cleaning after the work are necessary. For example, he had been pre-curing on Friday night. In the curing process, the work area was divided into partitions, plywood was placed so that floors and walls were not damaged, and vinyl sheets were placed on desks to prevent dust.

The work was performed on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and cleaning was performed on Sunday afternoons. During cleaning, the partitions, plywood and vinyl sheets used for curing were removed, and the entire living room was cleaned. As described above, since the time required for one operation is short due to the curing before the operation and the cleaning after the operation, the construction cannot be completed in one construction period. For this reason, there is a problem that the construction period becomes longer and thus the construction cost becomes higher.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, a work area is formed by a sheet between a plurality of poles erected on the floor of a scaffold, and a worker works in the work area. Air in the work area is sucked by an exhaust fan through an exhaust duct. Dust generated during the operation is sucked through the exhaust duct or accumulates on the bottom surface of the sheet, and does not diffuse outside the sheet (non-work area). Therefore, when the work scaffold of the present invention is used, curing before work and cleaning after work can be omitted, and the construction period can be shortened. Therefore, construction costs can be reduced.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the pole is made extendable and retractable, the height of the work area can be adjusted according to the ceiling height. According to the third aspect of the present invention, the slit is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the beam member, and the dust generated from the ceiling is immediately sucked from the slit, so that the worker is not adversely affected by the dust.

8 repairs the ceiling fan 40 attached to the ceiling 34 in the work area. The sides of the work area are separated by a vinyl sheet 28. Vinyl sheet 28
Is formed in a bag shape, and its opening edge is attached to the beam member 26. The height of the vinyl sheet 28 depends on the beam member 26 and the scaffold floor 14 when the extension pole 22 is pulled up to the maximum.
Is set to be substantially the same as the interval between. By partitioning the work area with the transparent vinyl sheet 28, the lighting in the living room can be used even in the work area, and there is no need to bring a floodlight into the work area. For this reason, the work space can be used widely,
It is possible to prevent the temperature in the working area from rising due to the floodlight.

When the assembly of the scaffold main body 12 is completed, poles 22 are erected at the four corners of the upper surface of the scaffold floor 14, and
The beam member 26 is attached to the upper end of 2. Next, the beam member 26
Will be described. As shown in FIG. 4A, the beam member 26 includes a cylindrical cross beam 50 and a frame 52 having an open lower surface. A sponge is fixed to the upper surface of the frame 52 to cope with irregularities on the ceiling 34. And prevent the dust from diffusing out of the working area. When the frame 52 is moved in the direction of the arrow in the figure, the frame 52 is fitted into the cross beam 50 as shown in FIG. 4B, and the vinyl sheet 28 is sandwiched and fixed between the frame 52 and the cross beam 50 by its own weight. .

After the beam member 26 is assembled, the beam 26 is brought into contact with the ceiling 34 by sliding the extension pole 24 with respect to the pole 22, and a vinyl sheet 28 is provided between the ceiling 34 and the scaffold floor 14. Form a closed work area. One end of an exhaust duct 30 is attached to an exhaust port 29 formed on the side surface of the vinyl sheet 28, and an exhaust fan 32 is attached to the other end of the exhaust duct 30. Next, a method of using the work scaffold with the dustproof device configured as described above will be described. While the worker 38 enters the work area through the entrance 42 and operates the exhaust fan 32, the worker 38 performs a replacement operation of the ceiling fan 40 attached to the ceiling 34. At this time, the air in the work area is sucked by the exhaust fan 32 from the exhaust port 29 through the exhaust duct 30, and is exhausted through the filter 44. For this reason, light dust such as swarf generated when cutting a part of the ceiling 34 during work and dust on the ceiling 34 is collected by the filter 44, and heavy dust is not sucked through the exhaust port 29. It collects on the bottom of the vinyl sheet 28. Thus, the vinyl sheet 28 and the exhaust fan 32
This prevents dust and dirt generated during the work from diffusing out of the work area. Therefore, curing before the operation and cleaning after the operation can be omitted, and the construction period can be shortened and the construction cost can be reduced.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the structure of the beam member 60 of the work scaffold according to the second embodiment. Four sides constituting the beam member 60 are formed in a hollow shape, and a slit 62 is formed in an inner peripheral surface thereof, and one end of a suction hose 64 is attached to an outer peripheral surface of each side. The other end of each suction hose 64 is collected in a duct 66, and the duct 66 is connected to the exhaust fan 32 via a switching valve 68. The switching valve 68 is connected to the exhaust port 29 via the exhaust duct 30. By operating the switching valve 68, the exhaust fan 32 is connected to the slit 62 or the exhaust port 29. When the switching valve 68 is opened to the slit 62 side, dust generated from the ceiling can be immediately sucked from the slit 62, and the switching valve 68 is opened.
Is opened to the exhaust port 29 side, dust in the work area can be sucked from the exhaust port 29 as described above.

As described above, according to the work scaffold with the dustproof device of the present invention, a plurality of poles are erected on the floor of the scaffold, and a work area is formed by attaching sheets to these poles. Since the work is performed in the work area and the air in the work area surrounded by the sheet is sucked by the exhaust fan, the curing before the work and the cleaning after the work can be omitted. Therefore, the present invention can shorten the construction period. Therefore, construction costs can be reduced.
