Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a decorative sheet having a three-dimensional effect. SOLUTION: A fringe pattern 11 made of many parallel straight lines of a predetermined pitch is formed by printing on a front surface of a transparent sheet 10 having a thickness. A moire fringe 12 formed by using the pattern 11 of the surface is formed by printing. In this decorative sheet, a lattice-like moire pattern is obtained by a moire phenomenon in the case of observing from a front or rear surface. This moire pattern has a depth, and seen in a sense of sinking from the surface of the sheet 10 to be a stereoscopic sense.

In the case of producing a postcard-like decorative body using a lenticular plate, for example, it is necessary to accurately match the pitch of the printed matter with the pitch of the lenticular plate, and the production process requires extremely high precision. However, there is a problem that high cost is required and defective products are liable to occur.

Also, in order to produce a 3D (three-dimensional) effect,
It is common to create a three-dimensional image photographically,
Often lacks versatility, and can be made only relatively small. Further, since the lenticular plate is placed on the paper as a material, the lenticular plate becomes like a photographic paper, and thus lacks flexibility. Furthermore, since the lenticular plate has a repeating structure of a lens having a Kamaboko-shaped cross section as described above, when a soft material is used, a valley portion of the Kamaboko-shaped lens becomes a slit line and is easily broken. There was a problem.

[0008] The present invention is a sheet which is provided with a pattern portion in which a pattern is formed on the front and back surfaces of a transparent sheet, and which gives a three-dimensional effect even though it is flat by utilizing the effect of parallax stereography (parallax stereogram). is there. The inventor of the present application has proposed a decorative sheet in which a pattern and a color change depending on a viewing angle by forming colored patterns on both sides of a transparent sheet in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. Hei 7-144358. FIG. 29 is a cross-sectional view of a decorative sheet having a pattern printed on both sides.

The decorative sheet 100 is formed by printing a pattern 101 on the front surface of a transparent sheet body 10 having a predetermined thickness and printing a pattern 102 on the back surface. When the part A of the decorative sheet 100 is viewed from the X direction, light is recognized bright in the a2 part without being blocked by the patterns 101 and 102, but light is recognized dark in the a1 part by the pattern 102, In the portion a3, light is blocked by the pattern 101 and is recognized as dark. Also, when looking at portion A from the Y direction,
The portion a1 is recognized as bright, but the portions a2 and a3 are recognized as dark because the light is blocked. As described above, the bright portion and the dark portion of the portion A of the decorative sheet 100 are different depending on the viewing angle. Therefore, by continuously changing the viewing angle,
The pattern and color of the decorative sheet 100 appear to change.

[0010] By the way, the left and right eyes of a human see the object from different angles. FIG. 30 is a cross-sectional view of a decorative sheet having a pattern printed on both sides, and patterns 103 and 104 are printed on the front and back surfaces of the transparent sheet 10, respectively. The patterns 103 and 104 formed on both sides are slightly different in size from each other, and are formed at slightly shifted positions on the front and back sides. Since the left and right eyes look at the portion B from different directions, as described above, the right eye and the left eye see images having different angles. That is, as shown in FIG. 30, the overlapping angle of the pattern 103 and the pattern 104 seen by the right eye is different from the overlapping angle seen by the left eye. When the images having such different angles are combined into one image by the human brain, when the image is focused behind the sheet, the image 10 is deeper than the decorative sheet.
5 can be seen, and when the image is focused in front of the sheet, an image protruding from the decorative sheet can be seen. As described above, by forming the predetermined pattern on the front and back surfaces of the transparent sheet body 10, a three-dimensional pattern can be created on the plane of the decorative sheet.

In the decorative sheet having such a structure, a moire pattern (or a negative / positive inverted rhombus pattern) was obtained by the moire phenomenon when viewed from the front or back surface.
FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of this moiré pattern. This moiré pattern had a depth and seemed to sink below the surface of the sheet body 10, and became a decorative sheet having a three-dimensional effect. It is known that a moiré pattern can be obtained when the patterns are overlapped. However, by changing the overlapping pitch between the pattern on the front surface and the pattern on the back surface by scaling or the like, a depth is obtained and a three-dimensional effect is obtained.

In the decorative sheet having such a structure, a striped moire pattern was obtained due to the moire phenomenon when viewed from the front surface or the back surface. This moiré pattern was a decorative sheet having a depth and a three-dimensional appearance that looked like a drape. In addition, since the stripe-like embossments formed on the front and back surfaces are formed so that the stripe directions intersect on both surfaces, there is an effect that it is difficult for the valleys to tear. Further, when a transparent sheet on which a predetermined pattern was printed in multicolor was superimposed on the front surface or the back surface of the decorative sheet, a luxurious curtain with higher decorativeness and design was obtained.

Further, the ratio of reduction and enlargement for forming a pattern exhibiting a three-dimensional effect is considered to depend on the thickness of the transparent sheet. Is preferably 90% or more and less than 100%, and the enlargement ratio is preferably more than 100% and 110% or less. When it is reduced, it appears to be recessed; when it is enlarged, it appears to be raised. Further, the size and shape of the three-dimensional pattern differ depending on the overlapping angle of the patterns on the front and back surfaces. The shading of the three-dimensional pattern differs depending on the line width and the valley width of the pattern on the front and back sides, and the multi-color printing further enhances the three-dimensional effect. Furthermore, one pitch of the pattern on the front and back surfaces is preferably 0.8 mm or less, and a three-dimensional effect can be effectively obtained.

As described above, in the present invention, since the pattern is formed on the front and back surfaces of the transparent sheet, a three-dimensional pattern can be seen on the sheet, and the decorativeness is extremely high. In addition, since the pattern can be formed on the front and back surfaces of the transparent sheet by printing, it can be easily manufactured without requiring high precision in the manufacturing process. In addition, since the pattern on the front and back surfaces is printed, no slit line is generated, and the surface is hardly damaged. Furthermore, a relatively large decorative sheet can be manufactured by roll-pressing the uneven pattern. Furthermore, since a flexible sheet can be used, workability is excellent. Thus, the decorative sheet of the present invention has an excellent effect.
