透孔部3aより僅か(30〜500μm程度)に巾広に
形成する。そして固化した樹脂4の上面がスクリーンメ
ッシュ1の上面近傍に位置させるようにしている。感光
乳剤4の代りにエポキシやポリウレタン等の反応性硬化
樹脂を用いてもよい。
