SOLUTION: An exhaust gas emission control device 2 includes a catalyst case 3 incorporating a catalyst 4 and three exhaust gas outlet pipes 5 to 7 from the three cylinders of an internal combustion engine 1. The catalyst case 3 is divided into two left and right case pieces 3a and 3b and, when the case pieces 3a and 3b are joined together, the exhaust gas outlet pipe 5 is welded to the upper part of the joined part thereof and the exhaust gas exhaust pipe 8 is welded to the lower part thereof.
