Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated compound seat to be smoothly fed to a printer smoothly by decreasing an area where adhesives unite with each other even when an adhesive is exposed on a rear face of a mount at a time of arranging perforation by piercing the mount from a label. SOLUTION: A display label 25 having an adhesive layer 15 is temporarily put on a belt-form mount 3, and a perforated line 8 having cutting parts 8a and non-cutting parts 8b for perforating the mount 3 from the display label 25 is formed, and A display label 25 having an adhesive layer 5 is temporarily put on a belt-form mount 3, and perforation 8 having a cutting parts 8a and non-cutting parts 8b by piercing the mount 3 from the display label 25 is formed, and a size ratio of the cutting parts 8a of the perforation 8 vertically adjacent to the cutting parts 9a are made to differ from that of the cutting parts 9a.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a laminated composite sheet 23. The laminated composite sheet 23 has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 5 temporarily attached at predetermined intervals to the surface of a band-shaped mount 3 made of paper material (high quality paper). The composite sheet 24 is formed by forming a folded portion (perforation) 7 having a cut portion and a non-cut portion in the mount 3 between the display label 25 and the display label 25. The laminated composite sheet 23 is formed by folding from the part 7. A release agent layer 4 coated with a release agent such as silicone is provided on the surface of the mount 3, and the display label 25 is temporarily attached to this surface. The display label 25 is made of a printable display medium 6 such as paper or synthetic paper.

[0008] The laminated composite sheet 23 laminated in such a state is fed from a top portion thereof to a printer (not shown) in sequence to feed out a continuous body of the composite sheet 24, and the composite sheet 2
4 is printed on the surface of the display label 25 of FIG. 4, and at the portion where the backing paper 3 overlaps the backing paper 3 as described above, by bonding with the adhesive bonding part 28, FIG.
As shown at 0, there is a problem in that the mounts 3 are connected to each other, so that the feeding of the printer is braked and supply becomes difficult. As a result, there arise problems that the printer is forcibly stopped, and printing cannot be performed normally.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems. Even when the adhesive is exposed on the back of the backing sheet, the area of the adhesive joint portion where the adhesives are connected is minimized. The present invention provides a laminated composite sheet capable of supplying a composite sheet to a printer in a smooth state by reducing the amount of the composite sheet.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention focuses on reducing the area for bonding adhesives exposed on the back surface of a backing paper, and makes it possible to peel off a display label having an adhesive layer on a strip-shaped mounting paper. The composite sheet is formed by forming perforations at predetermined intervals, which are temporarily attached, form a fold at predetermined intervals, and have a cut portion and a non-cut portion formed on the mount at the display label. Wherein the ratio of the size of the cut portion of the perforation is different from the ratio of the size of the cut portion adjacent vertically, It is a sheet.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. However, the same parts as those in FIGS. 5 to 10 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the laminated composite sheet 1. The laminated composite sheet 1 has a display label 25, an adhesive layer 5, a release agent layer 4, and a strip-shaped backing sheet similar to the laminated composite sheet (FIG. 5). 3, and folds (perforations) 7 are provided on the mount 3 at predetermined intervals in the width direction. Perforations (A) 8 and perforations (B) 9 are alternately formed on each of the display labels 25 one by one, and are provided in substantially the same portions for each of the display labels 25. Each perforation of the display label 25 is formed so as to be divided into a main piece 25a and a sub-piece 25b in two.

FIG. 2 is a plan view of the composite sheet 2. A perforation (A) 8 having a cut portion 8 a and a non-cut portion 8 b formed on each display label 25 temporarily attached at a predetermined interval of the composite sheet 2. And perforations (B) 9 having a cut portion 9a and a non-cut portion 9b are alternately formed for each display label 25. The cut portion 8a of the perforation (A) 8 and the cut portion 9a of the perforation (B) 9 have different ratios, and the non-cut portion 8b of the perforation (A) 8 and the non-cut portion 9b of the perforation (B) 9 Are formed so as to have different ratios. In the present embodiment, the ratio between the cut portions 8a and the cut portions 9a is 1: 2, and the ratio between the non-cut portions 8b and the non-cut portions 9b is 3: 1.

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view of a composite sheet of two layers (mounting papers overlap) in a state where the composite sheets 2 are laminated. In the laminated composite sheet 1 having such a configuration, perforations are formed. However, since the position of the cut portion 8a of the perforation (A) 8 does not easily coincide with the position of the cut portion 9a of the perforation (B) 9, the boundary between the mounts 3 Since the area for forming the adhesive connecting portion 18 by the adhesive exposed on the surface 17 is extremely reduced,

By the above-described perforation cutting step 19, the ratio between the cut portion 8a and the cut portion 9a is changed,
Perforations (A) and perforations (B) were alternately formed on the display label 25 by changing the ratio between the non-cut portions 8b and the non-cut portions 9b in the same manner, so that the composite sheet 2 was laminated. Even if the perforations (A) 8 and the perforations (B) 9 coincide with each other, it is extremely unlikely that the cut portions 8a and 9a coincide with each other, thereby causing the adhesive sheet connecting portion 18 to bond the mounts 3 to each other. This problem is greatly reduced.
Therefore, the adhesive exposed from the cut portion of the perforation sharply reduces the area of the adhesive bonding portion exposed in the vertically adjacent cut portion. Are separated smoothly.

The perforations formed on the label of the present invention are examples in which perforations (A) and perforations (B) are formed alternately one by one in the width direction of the label. It may be formed, and in this case also, the ratio between the cut portion and the non-cut portion of the perforated display labels adjacent in the vertical direction is different. Further, the ratio of the cut portion to the non-cut portion described in the present embodiment is not limited to this, and may be any combination as long as the number of adhesively bonded portions is reduced.

As described above, according to the present invention, even when the adhesive is exposed on the back side of the cut portion where the perforation is formed, that is, even when the adhesive is exposed on the back side of the backing sheet, the area of the adhesive bonding portion can be reduced as much as possible. Since the mounts can be separated smoothly and supplied to the printer in a smooth state,
This has an excellent effect of improving the efficiency of the printing operation.
