Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outdoor combustor in which rain water intruding into the body through an exhaust opening made in the front panel can be drained to the outside without wetting an ignition electrode or electric apparatuses within the body. SOLUTION: A rain receiving tray 11 is disposed laterally under an exhaust opening 8 in the inner surface of a front panel 6 such that the central side 13 is lower than the end side 14. A rain receiving guide 15 has one end coupled with the end side 14 of the rain receiving tray 11 and the other end arranged longitudinally downward. The standing part 12 of the rain receiving tray 11 and the standing piece 16 of the rain receiving guide 15 define the V-shaped cross-section at the part where rain water flows. According to the structure, rain water intruding into the body 1 through the periphery of the exhaust opening 8 in the front panel 6 is prevented from flowing over the standing part 12 of the rain receiving tray 11 and the standing piece 16 of the rain receiving guide 15 to wet electric parts, e.g. an ignition electrode, within the body and drained after being guided to the bottom face of the front panel 6.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in this type of apparatus, tap water is supplied for heating hot water in an appliance body composed of a substantially box-shaped main body casing having an open front and a front panel. In order to heat the circulating fluid flowing in the hot water heating circuit such as hot water floor heating, hot water hot air heater and hot water radiator installed in After mixing air and fuel such as gas or petroleum, the fuel is ignited and burned, the heat exchange section is heated by the generated combustion gas, and tap water or circulating fluid is sent to the heat exchange section to exchange heat, thereby changing the temperature. Was raised and then sent out of the instrument body.

[0004] By the way, since this burning appliance is installed outdoors, it is directly hit by rainwater when it rains. Therefore, a seal is provided between the main body casing and the front panel and between the exhaust portion and the exhaust port of the front panel. Then, rain did not come into the instrument body.

Further, under the exhaust port on the inner surface of the front panel, even if rainwater seeps from between the exhaust section and the exhaust port of the front panel, the ignition electrode of the combustion section, the terminal, and the connection portion of the electric wire are wet. In order to prevent rainwater from entering, a rain tray set up at a right angle to the front panel receives rain water.

However, when a large amount of rainwater enters between the exhaust portion and the exhaust port of the front panel due to deterioration of the seal or heavy rain or wind and rain, the rainwater passes over the rain receiving tray. It wraps around the other side of the rain tray and wets the ignition electrode, the terminal, the connection part of the electric wire, the combustion tube, etc. Occasionally, the vehicle may not operate normally or stop due to a malfunction such as a false signal.

The rainwater infiltrates from the exhaust port sealing member 29 which seals between the exhaust port 8 of the front panel 6 and the exhaust section 28 which passes through the exhaust port 8 and faces the outside 1 of the instrument body. When it comes, the infiltrated rainwater flows to the rain receiving tray 11 provided below the exhaust port 8 on the inner surface of the front panel 6. The rain receiving tray 11 has an upright portion 12 provided upward so as to form an acute angle with respect to the inner surface of the front panel 6, and further has an end 14 from the center 13 of the front panel 6 of the rain receiving tray 11.
The rainwater flowing into the rain receiving tray 11 cannot flow over the upright portion 12 of the rain receiving tray 11 and flows toward the end side 14 because the water is lowered. .

Therefore, the rainwater that has entered the instrument body 1 from between the exhaust port 8 of the front panel 6 and the exhaust section 28 is inclined and disposed laterally below the exhaust port 8 on the inner surface of the front panel 6. Rain receiving tray 11 and a rain receiving guide 1 vertically connected with one end connected to the end 14 of the rain receiving tray 11.
5, the portion where the rainwater flows is guided to the bottom surface of the front panel 6 by the rain receiving tray 11 and the rain receiving guide 14.
Since the cross section is substantially V-shaped and the angle of the V-shape is acute due to the upright portion 12 and the upright piece 16, the rainwater flows into the upright portion 12 of the rain receiving tray 11 and the upright piece 16 of the rain receiving guide 14. , And cannot enter the appliance main body 1, and electric components such as the ignition electrode 26 in the appliance main body 1 do not get wet.

Next, the rainwater that has entered through the intake port 7 of the front panel 6 flows toward the bottom surface of the intake receptacle 17 inside the intake receptacle 17 provided on the inner surface of the front panel 6 so as to cover the entire intake port 7. Then, the air flows out of the intake receiver 17 through the water drain hole 19 formed at the lower end of the bottom portion of the intake receiver 17,
The rainwater that has flowed out of the intake receiver 17 flows along the inner surface of the front panel 6 and to the bottom surface of the front panel 6 without wetting electrical components and the like in the appliance body 1.

Next, rainwater that has entered from the cooling port 10 of the front panel 6 is vertically disposed on the inner surface of the front panel 6 so as to cover all the cooling ports 10 formed in a convex shape on the inner surface of the front panel 6. It hits the inner surface of the rain shield 20 and further rain shield 2
The water flows downward along the inner surface of the front panel 0 and flows out from the end in the front panel 6 along the inclination of the lower part of the rain shield 20. Then, the rainwater that has flowed flows to the bottom surface of the front panel 6 without wetting electrical components and the like in the appliance main body 1 through the portion of the inner surface of the front panel 6 from the end.

As described above, according to the present invention, a combustion section, a heat exchange section, and an exhaust section are provided in a substantially box-shaped apparatus main body composed of a main body casing having an open front and a front panel. In an outdoor-installed combustion apparatus in which the exhaust section is made to pass through an exhaust port opened in a front panel and is exposed outside the apparatus main body,
A rain receiving tray having an upright portion provided upward at an acute angle to the inner surface of the front panel is obliquely provided below the exhaust port on the inner surface of the front panel so that the end side is lower than the center side of the front panel. A rain receiving guide having a standing piece provided toward the end of the front panel so as to form an acute angle with respect to the inner surface of the front panel, with one end connected to the end of the rain receiving tray and the other end directed downward Since rainwater intrudes into the instrument body from between the exhaust port on the front panel and the exhaust section, the rainwater is first inclined and placed horizontally below the exhaust port on the inner surface of the front panel. It flows through the rain receiving tray provided, and one end is connected to the end of the rain receiving tray, flows through the vertically disposed rain receiving guide, is guided to the bottom surface of the front panel, and the components and electrical components in the appliance body 1 Can be prevented from getting wet.

Further, both the rain receiving tray and the rain receiving guide have a substantially V-shaped cross section at the portion where the rain water flows due to the upright portion and the upright piece, and the V-shaped angle is an acute angle. It is not possible to get over the standing portion of the rain catch tray and the standing piece of the rain catch guide and enter the equipment main body, and it is possible to more reliably prevent the parts and electric components in the equipment main body from getting wet.
