Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a snow melting device using a rain gutter that prevents icicles and snow leopards generated at the eaves of a roof in a snowy country, and at the same time, prevents freezing of the gutters.
More than 80% of roof snow damage can be resolved by preventing snow traps and icicles at the eaves. In addition, snow melting by heat such as conventional electric heaters and hot water has high energy costs. The existing method of convection of warm air using a gutter is intended for freezing the gutter, not for melting snow at the eaves. The present invention aims to provide technology that is simple and low-cost construction and low in running cost, in addition to preventing rain gutters from freezing and icicles, as well as preventing snow melting and debris leakage at eaves, and freezing gutters. And In the method using the rain gutter cover devised by the present applicant, it cannot be said that the balance between heat radiation and heat loss is sufficient. The present invention improves the problem of suppression of heat loss and the balance of heat dissipation in melting snow using rain gutters, and more effectively demonstrates its function.
The snow melting device using rain gutters according to the present invention includes an eaves for receiving rainwater from the roof, an eaves eaves cover for closing the upper opening of the eaves and for secondarily convection, and warm air inside the eaves eaves cover. Next, the convection cover, which has a heat shield on the inside and has a water collecting hole on the side, and a tub that is connected to the eaves and collects and drains rainwater from the eaves And a hot air generator for supplying warm air. If necessary, a convection cover with built-in eaves heater can be installed.
The cold air sucked in by the fan from the intake port becomes warm air as it passes through the hot air generator, and prevents the firewood from freezing and flows to the eaves through the firewood. The warm air that flows into the eaves circulates in the convection cover on the bottom of the eaves and reaches the bottom of the eaves, and further spreads from the water collecting hole of the convection cover to the space made by the eaves cover and eaves. Warm air blows out from the rainwater entrance of the eaves cover. The warm air blows out snow, which makes it impossible to create a roof icicle or snow plow. The convection cover should be used with a short water collecting hole at a location close to the reed or eaves heater, and a long water collecting hole at a location away from the reed or eaves heater. Balance heat dissipation. If the heat from the firewood is insufficient, a convection cover with eaves heater is attached to supply heat. The eaves heater used in the present invention and the heating element of the hot air generator use a heater of 100 volts and a small amount of electricity.
According to the present invention, no snow leopard or icicle can be formed at the eaves, and no debris leaks. In addition, by taking in warm air from the soot, it prevents the soot from freezing at the same time. Since the present invention utilizes a commercially available gutter, the construction is also simple and does not require construction costs compared to the conventional method. In addition, remodeling is easy because it can be applied to existing rain gutters. The voltage is 100 volts and there is no need for a special electric contract. Only electricity is used at the spot where hot air is generated, and there is no need for a special high temperature.
