Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent load-collapse by fixing a plurality of plane fastners on a position near one side end of a strip sheet preventing load-collapse of articles stacked on a pallet or the like and another position near the other side end thereof and fitting a plate member at the nearby position of one plane fastener through a connecting member. SOLUTION: A plurality of plane fasteners 3 are fixed to both side ends 1, 2 of a sheet 100 and a plurality of belts 4 to which plane fasteners 5 are fixed, are connected to the plane fasteners 3. These plane fasteners 3 of the sheet 100 are connected to the fasteners 5 of the belt 4 through fitting metal tools 10. In this time, a plate member 15 attached through a connecting member 14 sewed on the sheet 100 is inserted in the gap between loads to fix the side end 1 or 2 of the sheet 100 and wind up the loads with the sheet. Some parts 9 which are not sewed on the sheet 100, are formed in the belt 4 and these parts 9 are superposed under the side end parts 2 of the sheet 100 to fix more firmly the sheet. In this way, the whole periphery of the load can be covered completely.

2. Description of the Related Art In general, in order to transport a load, the load is transported in several stages on a pallet or a trolley for cargo handling in order to improve work efficiency. In this case, if the collapse of the load is not prevented in some way, the load will collapse and the transport operation will be interrupted, resulting in a significant decrease in work efficiency. Therefore, various techniques have conventionally been provided as means for preventing collapse of the load. For example, there is Utility Model Registration No. 3007683, which is a device for preventing cargo from collapsing in which side ends of a seat cover wound around a loaded package are connected and fixed by a hook-and-loop fastener. In addition, there is a method in which a load loaded on a pallet is wrapped and transported by a stretch film in order to prevent collapse of the load, and then the stretch film is peeled off and the load is unloaded from the pallet.

However, the load-carrying-out prevention device for luggage of Utility Model Registration No. 3007683 has a narrow belt width, and requires a plurality of belts to be used for luggage stacked in several stages. It was troublesome, time consuming and troublesome. In addition, in order to wrap the belt around the luggage alone, it is necessary to lift the luggage and sandwich the sheet between the luggage, which is not only complicated, but also the sheet may come off the luggage, so two people work. More preferred, there was a waste of human resources.

On the other hand, in the method of preventing collapse of a load by using a stretch film, the stretch film that has been peeled cannot be reused, resulting in waste of cost and resources. Furthermore, since the stretched film that has been discarded accumulates without being decomposed, a large number of disposal sites are required, which is a problem as industrial waste. On the other hand, in the case of incineration, gas and the like at the time of incineration may have an adverse effect on the human body, which is a problem in health and sanitation.

According to the present invention, a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners 3 are fixed to both end portions 1 of the sheet 100, respectively.
Since a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners 3 are fixed to a plurality of belts 4 and a plurality of belts 4 to which the hook-and-loop fastener 5 is fixed are connected in series,
The surface fasteners 3 of the sheet 100 and the surface fasteners 5 of the belt 4 are bonded together at a plurality of places or the fasteners 10 of the belt 4 via the fasteners 10 to simultaneously and firmly load the load 20 in several stages. Prevent cargo collapse. Also, by inserting the plate-like member 15 attached via the connecting member 14 sewn to the sheet 100 into the gap of the load 20, the side end 1 or the side end 2 of the sheet 100 is locked. Therefore, the sheet 100 can be wound around the luggage 20 alone. Further, the hook-and-loop fastener 3 is separated from the separation portion 30.
Since the belt 4 has a portion 9 which is not sewn to the sheet 100, the separation portion 30 is provided at the side end 1 of the sheet 100.
In addition, the portion 9 that is not attached to the sheet is superimposed below the side end portion 2 of the sheet 100, thereby fixing the sheet 100 more firmly and covering the entire circumference of the load completely. Rubbing of luggage can be prevented. Furthermore, by providing the elastic body 11 in the middle of the sheet 100, the load 20 can be firmly wound by the contraction force of the elastic body 11.

At the center of the sheet 100, five strips of rubber 100 having a width of 100 mm and a length of 350 mm as an elastic body 11 are connected in a row in the vertical direction with five strings 12, and the connected strip of rubber 1 is connected.
Both ends of each of the 1 are sewn to the sheet 100. In addition, an auxiliary member 13 longer than the length of the band-shaped rubber 11 is sewn around both ends of the band-shaped rubber 11 as a stopper to assist in connecting the band-shaped rubber 11 and the sheet 100 and to prevent the band-shaped rubber 11 from being excessively elongated. . Further, in the present embodiment, the elastic body 11 is constituted by the five belt-shaped rubbers 11 because the traction force is evenly distributed in the vertical direction of the sheet 100 when the sheet 100 is towed, This is because it is possible to prevent the bias of the data. In this embodiment, the band-shaped rubber 11 is used for the elastic body 11, but any material having elasticity may be used, for example, a spring.

After being inserted into the gap of the luggage 20, it is necessary to have a size such that the sheet 100 does not come out even if it is towed. In the present embodiment, the rectangular shape has a major axis of 140 mm and a minor axis of 80 mm. The plate member 15 is not limited to plastic, but may be a metal plate or a wooden plate. In addition, depending on the width of the sheet 100, a plurality of the plate-like members 15 may be provided at an upper portion, a center portion, and a lower portion of the sheet 100. This is preferable because the sheet can be further locked in the course of one round. Further, the connecting member 14 is not limited to the cloth belt of the present embodiment, but may be anything as long as the plate-like member 15 can be locked, and may be a metal chain or a plastic chain.

According to the present invention, a plurality of hook-and-loop fasteners are fixed to a belt-shaped sheet, so that the load of a load stacked in several stages with one sheet can be prevented. In addition, since the plate-like member is attached to the vicinity of the side end portion of the sheet via the connecting member, there is no need for a person to support one end of the sheet, and there is an excellent effect that the sheet can be wound around the luggage alone. In addition, because the belt has a part that is not sewn to the seat,
The two side edges of the sheet are superimposed on each other, so that the luggage is securely wound, and the luggage is not scratched during the work. Further, since the elastic body is provided at the center of the seat, there is an excellent effect that the luggage can be wound more firmly.
