その際のすすぎ用純水等の清浄水に前記の薬品を混入し
て供給することも可能である。全工程が終了すると扉が
開き籠を取り出すこととなる。

を選択可能な所定の時間水没させるための1基の水槽を
洗浄殺菌ユニット本体内に設け、この水槽は選択可能な
所定の自動的作業工程に従い給排水ができる構成とし、
ラックの水没時には、水槽内に超音波を発生させる機能
と、水没水に洗剤や薬品を供給できる機能と、水没水の
温度を摂氏90度以上に加熱制御できる機能を有し、選
択可能な一連の洗浄殺菌工程、すなわち、被洗浄殺菌物
の水による予洗浄,ジェット水流による洗浄,超音波に
よる洗浄,加熱殺菌,すすぎ洗いと、別に備えた供給装
置からの純水等の清浄水による仕上げすすぎを行い、さ
らに必要があれば防錆潤滑目的の薬品処理等の工程を終
了した後、この洗浄殺菌ユニット本体に設置の熱風乾燥
機からの熱風により被洗浄殺菌物が乾燥できるように
し、これらの全工程を自動的に行うためのセンサーと電
子的制御装置及び前記の各機能を具備した本体を単一体
にまとめたことを特徴とする洗浄殺菌ユニット。
