【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】 継ぎ手の先端に先端ボール径をφ0.
3,φ0.4とした細管のボールペンのチップを、後方
にインク収容管を有して成るボールペンに於いて、ブッ
シュはその軸心に弁室が設けられ、弁室の後部にテーパ
ー状又は球面状のボール受け座が、弁室の前部周壁に所
要数の突条が設けられて、ボール受け座に密接可能とす
るボール弁が突条を弾性変形させて弁室内に抜出不能で
遊嵌され、一方、継ぎ手の先端にチップを圧着する軸部
を形成すると共にその後方内孔の軸心に上記ブッシュが
密嵌状に固定され、又、継ぎ手後方の嵌合筒部の外周に
インク収容管が嵌着されて、そのインク収容管には低粘
度のインク又は基本的には低粘度であるが静的には高い
粘性を有し筆記時の先端ボールの回転で粘性が低下して
インクが流出される所謂剪断減粘性を有したインクが充
填され、インクの後端にはインクの消耗と共に追随する
フォロアが設けられて、チップ側が上向きの時に上記ボ
ール弁がボール受け座に密接して導孔が密閉され、チッ
プ側が下向きの時に上記密閉状態が解除されると共に上
記突条の後端にボール弁が当接して導孔、弁室、突条と
突条の間に形成された溝等を通じてチップ内にインクが
流入するように構成されたことを特徴とするボールペ
ン。
