Abstract

(57)【要約】 【課題】 車椅子を操作する時、体力のない介護人でも
軽い力で快適で安全に介護できることを目的としたもの
である。 【解決手段】 本発明は軽い力で前輪を持ち上げる操作
をさせるため、ステップ（２）に補助ステップを付属さ
せ、足で踏みやすくする。補助ステップを付属させるこ
とにより車椅子の後方転倒を防止する。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【発明の屈する技術分野】この発明は、介護人が車椅子
の運転時に敷居など、段差を乗り越える煩わしさを解消
することに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来より車椅子の運転時に段差等がある
時、介護人は前輪を浮かせて障害物を乗り越えるが、従
来のステップだけでは力が入りにくく、介護人は非常に
疲れるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】屋内の敷居、屋外での
歩道などの段差の乗り越えが非常に煩わしく、介護人の
疲労が大きかった。これらの欠点を解決する為、補助ス
テップを装着し、介護人が前輪の持ち上げをする操作を
楽にできる様にする。本発明はこれらの欠点を解決する
ために発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】車椅子（１）後部の下に
あるステップ（２）に脱着のできるステップ凸（３）、
ステップ凹（４）を設け、介護人の足による踏み込みの
力を強化させる為、ステップを延長する。ステップ凸
（３）とステップ凹（４）の幅は調整可能なスライド式
とし、殆どの車椅子に使用が可能である。

【発明の実施の形態】以下、本発明の実施の形態につい
て説明する。ステップ凸（３）とステップ凹（４）から
成り、ステップ固定ネジ（５）で車椅子のステップに装
着する。車椅子の形式により幅を調整する場合、幅調整
ネジ（６）で可能である。本発明は、以上の構成よりな
っている。

【発明の効果】本発明を使用する時は、普段の車椅子と
して使用しながら小さい力で段差の乗り越えが可能にな
り介護人の疲労が少なく、被介護人の世話が面倒であっ
たのが解消される。

  1. 【請求項１】車椅子（１）後部のステップ（２）にステ
    ップ凸（３）、ステップ凹（４）を装着し、ステップを
    延長させて介護人が車椅子操作中、段差を乗り越える等
    の操作を容易にし、後方転倒防止することを特徴とする
    車椅子用補助ステップ。
