て、薬剤等が付着していない供試用の石英砂を充填した
一方のガラス容器中の石英砂の上に、巣から採取したイ
エシロアリ(Coptotermes formosanus)の職蟻200頭
と兵蟻20頭を入れ、この試験装置を温度28±2℃、
湿度70%以上の恒温室に3週間放置した。
