Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1つ又は複数の化学的に定義されたボディ(23、24)を基板(20)の 表面に析出する方法にして、 前記ボディ(23、24)がスタンピング手段(22)の表面に所定の配向で もって固着される第1ステップと、 前記スタンピング手段(22)が前記基板(20)の表面に接近することによ って、前記ボディ(23、24)が前記基板(20)の表面と接触させられる第 2ステップと、 前記スタンピング手段(22)が前記基板(20)の表面から引き離されるこ とによって、前記ボディ(23、24)が前記所定の配向を保ったまま前記基板 (20)の表面の上に残る第3ステップと、 を含むことを特徴とする方法。 2.前記第1ステップの間、前記ボディ(23、24)は前記スタンピング手段 (22)の表面と接触させられるコンテナ流体(16)の中に位置することを特 徴とする請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記スタンピング手段(22)の表面は、前記ボディ(23、24)が前記 基板(20)の表面における析出される領域及び前記ボディ(23、24)が前 記基板(23、24)の表面における析出されない領域を定義するために使用さ れるパターンを前記第1ステップの前に設けられることを特徴とする請求の範囲 第1項又は第2項に記載の方法。 4.前記基板(20)の表面は化学的引きつけ力に関して感光性である材料を含 むように選択され、 前記ボディ(23、24)を前記基板(20)の表面に固着するステップは光 の照射によって助けられる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項の1つに記載の方法。 5.前記ボディ(23、24)は、前記基板(209)の表面における付着手段 (21)の使用の下で前記基板(20)の表面に固着され、前記付着手段(21 )は前記ボディ(23、24)を引き付けるように及び所定の配向で固着するよ うに働くことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第3項の1つに記載の方法。 6.前記付着手段(21)は化学的引きつけ力に関して感光性である材料を含む ように選択され、 前記ボディ(23、24)を前記付着手段(21)を介して前記基板(20) の表面に固着するステップは光の照射によって助けられる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.前記スタンピング手段(22)は化学的引きつけ力に関して感光性である材 料を含むように選択され、 前記ボディ(23、24)が前記スタンピング手段(22)に固着されるステ ップは光の照射によって助けられる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第5項の1つに記載の方法。 8.前記ボディ(23、24)は、前記スタンピング手段(22)の表面におけ る配向手段(13、14)の使用の下で前記スタンピング手段(22)の表面に 固着され、前記配向手段(13、14)は前記ボディ(23、24)を化学的に 引き付けるように及び前記ボディ(23、24)を所定の配向に向けるように働 くことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項乃至第6項の1つに記載の方法。 9.前記配向手段(13、14)は、化学的引きつけ力に関して感光性である材 料を含むように選択され、 前記ボディ(23、24)を前記配向手段(13、14)を介して前記スタン ピング手段(22)に固着するステップは光の照射によって助けられる ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項に記載の方法。 10.化学的組成が異なる種々のボディ・タイプの混合物から特定の選ばれたも のだけが前記基板(20)の表面に析出されることになっており、 前記配向手段(13、14)は、前記種々のボディ・タイプのうちの前記特定 の選ばれたものに化学的引きつけ力を与える材料を含むように選択される ことを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項又は第9項に記載の方法。 11.前記配向手段(13、14)は、前記種々のボディ・タイプの種々の特定 の選択を特定的に引き付けるための種々の材料を同時に含むように選択されるこ とを特徴とする請求 の範囲第8項乃至第10項の1つに記載の方法。 12.前記第3ステップは、前記基板(20)の表面から離れる前記スタンピン グ手段(22)の動きを促進するために前記ボディ(23、24)における前記 配向手段(13、14)の少なくとも一部分を置換する材料を含む補助流体(2 5)によって助けられることを特徴とする請求の範囲第8項乃至第11項の1つ に記載の方法。 13.前記スタンピング手段(22)は、前記配向手段(13、14)の自己集 合を生じさせるために活性化表面(12)を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第 8項乃至第12項の1つに記載の方法。
