Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.バイオマスを嫌気性微生物分解にかけて、例えば、硫化水素ガスを含むバイ オガスを生成し、そのバイオガスの少なくとも一部を微生物分解されたバイオマ スの少なくとも一部中に輸送して重金属を金属硫化物として沈殿させ、得られる 混合物を沈殿及び上澄みに分離することを特徴とする重金属を含む動物畜産から の液体肥料を含むバイオマスの処理方法。 2.微生物分解されたバイオマスを固体フラクション及び液体フラクションに分 離し、前記バイオガスを前記液体フラクションに輸送することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 3.前記固体フラクションを焼却して灰分を生成し、こうして生成された灰分を バイオガスで処理すべき前記液体フラクションに供給することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項に記載の方法。 4.液体肥料の他に、バイオマスが有機廃棄物を含むことを特徴とする請求の範 囲第1項〜第3項のいずれかに記載の方法。 5.重金属を含む廃水スラッジを使用し、前記バイオガスの一部をスラッジ中に 輸送して重金属を金属硫化物として沈殿させることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1 項〜第4項のいずれかに記載の方法。 6.バイオガスによるバイオマスの処理及びバイオガスによるスラッジの処理を 別々の操作で行うことを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項に記載の方法。 7.バイオマスの固体フラクションを焼却して灰分を生成し、こうして生成され た灰分をバイオガスで処理すべき前記スラッジに供給することを特徴とする請求 の範囲第2項及び第6項に記載の方法。 8.重金属を含む焼却灰分をバイオガスで処理すべきバイオマス及び/またはス ラッジに供給することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 9.重金属を実質的に選択的に沈殿させるように、バイオガスで処理すべきバイ オマス及び/またはスラッジのpH値を約0から9までの幾つかの異なるレベルに 調節することを特徴とする請求の範囲第6項に記載の方法。 10.微生物分解されたバイオマス、並びにスラッジ及び灰分(存在する場合)の 通過後のバイオガスが硫化水素を含まず、または実質的に含まないような方法で 重金属を含む付加的な物質の添加を調節することを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項 または第8項に記載の方法。 11.窒素及びリンの含量を低下するように上澄みを処理することを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれかに記載の方法。 12.上澄みから除去された窒素及びリンを固体化合物(これらは肥料として適し ている)に変換することを特徴とする請求の範囲第11項に記載の方法。
