Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 熱可塑性ポリマーの着色押出品の製造方法であり、 a)熱可塑性ポリマーを押出機に供給する工程、 b)少なくとも2種の異なる着色濃厚顔料を別々の重量計量供給装置から前記 押出機に供給する工程(ここで、各々の濃厚顔料は、約30重量パーセントから 約99.9重量パーセントの溶融加工できるポリマーマトリックス中に分散した 約0.1から約70重量パーセントの単色の着色顔料または染料を含有する)、 c)前記熱可塑性ポリマーおよび前記濃厚顔料を溶融する工程、 d)前記溶融した熱可塑性ポリマーと前記溶融した濃厚顔料とを混合し、押出 しできる混合物を形成する工程、および e)前記混合物を押出品に押出成形する工程 を備えることを特徴とする熱可塑性ポリマーの着色押出品の製造方法。 2. 前記熱可塑性ポリマーは、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレンなら びにそれらのコポリマーおよびブレンド物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の方法。 3. 前記ナイロンポリマーは、ナイロン66、ナイロン6ならびにそれらのコ ポリマーおよびブレンド物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項2に 記載の方法。 4. 前記溶融加工できるポリマーマトリックスは、ナイロン、ポリエステル、 ポリプロピレンならびにそれらのコポリマーおよびブレンド物からなる群から選 ばれる少なくとも1種の溶融加工できるポリマーから本質的になることを特徴と する請求項1に記載の方法。 5. 前記ナイロンポリマーは、ナイロン66、ナイロン6ならびにそれらのコ ポリマーおよびブレンド物からなる群から選ばれることを特徴とする請求項4に 記載の方法。 6. 前記押出品は成形部品であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか 一つに記載の方法。 7. 前記押出品は繊維であることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか一つ に記載の方法。 8. 平均デルタE CMC(2:1)により測定した、一つの繊維パッケージ に沿った平均色差が約0.3以下であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法 。
