Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.表面層と水(water volume)の間の重量比が1:100である場合に表面 層が水に浸漬されるとき、最大20時間の時間内で排出される乳酸及び/又は誘 導体が水に最大3.0のpHを与えるような量で、乳酸及び/又はその生理学的 に許容しうる酸誘導体を排出する少なくとも一つの乳酸ベースのポリエステルか ら主になる表面層を含む、吸収物品のための表面材料において、水に浸漬される 前に、表面層が存在するポリエステルの量に相当するモノマー及び/又はオリゴ マーの平衡濃度より実質的に大きいモノマー及び/又はオリゴマー濃度を有し、 モノマー及び/又はオリゴマー濃度がポリエステルについて計算すると5〜30 重量%であることを特徴とする表面材料。 2.モノマー及び/又はオリゴマー濃度がポリエステルについて計算すると1 0〜25重量%であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項記載の表面材料。 3.表面層が前記水に浸漬されるとき、乳酸ベースのポリエステルが表面材料 の内側及び/又は外側で乳酸及び/又はその生理学的に許容しうる酸誘導体に部 分的に変換され、前記酸及び/又は前記誘導体が次いで排出されることを特徴と する請求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の表面材料。 4.表面層が水に浸漬されるとき、ポリエステルがモノマー及び/又はオリゴ マーに部分的に解重合され、次いで乳酸に変換されることを特徴とする請求の範 囲第3項記載の表面材料。 5.ポリエステルの全量の少なくとも一部が式 を有する場合において、このポリエスエルの数平均分子量Mnが最大50000 であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第3項又は第4項記載の表面材料。 6.Mnが最大40000であることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項記載の表 面材料。 7.モノマー及び/又はオリゴマー濃度が平衡濃度を最大10%越えているこ とを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第6項のいずれか記載の表面材料。 8.モノマー及び/又はオリゴマー濃度が平衡濃度を最大5%越えていること を特徴とする請求の範囲第7項記載の表面材料。 9.ポリエステルがポリラクチドであり、モノマー及び/又はオリゴマーがラ クチドであることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第8項のいずれか記載の表面 材料。 10.表面層が、少なくとも表面層が前記水に浸漬されるとき乳酸及び/又は乳 酸誘導体へのポリエステルの変換を促進する薬剤を含むことを特徴とする請求の 範囲第1項〜第9項のいずれか記載の表面材料。 11.表面層が、少なくとも表面層が前記水に浸漬されるとき乳酸及び/又は乳 酸誘導体へのポリエステル及びそのモノマーの変換とポリエステルの解重合の両 方を促進する薬剤を含むことを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項〜第10項のいずれ か記載の表面材料。
