Abstract

Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.排気ガス浄化装置における圧縮空気のような圧縮ガス(20)と尿素溶液や アンモニア水のような還元剤(8)とを混合するための予混合室(4)において 、予混合室が気化器の原理に基づいて構成されていることを特徴とする排気ガス 浄化装置用予混合室。 2.圧縮ガス案内通路(52)が狭隘部(58)を備え、この狭隘部(58)の 範囲に還元剤案内通路(60)が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1記載の 予混合室。 3.圧縮ガス案内通路(52)が狭隘部(58)を有する真っ直ぐな通路(56 a、56b)を含み、還元剤案内通路(60)が圧縮ガス案内通路(56a、5 6b)のほぼ中心に配置されている真っ直ぐな配管(66)を含み、この真っ直 ぐな還元剤配管(66)が狭隘部(58)の範囲に開口していることを特徴とす る請求項2記載の予混合室。 4.真っ直ぐな還元剤配管(66)が好適には特殊鋼から成っている毛細管であ ることを特徴とする請求項3記載の予混合室。 5.毛細管が案内部品(64)内に保持されていることを特徴とする請求項4記 載の予混合室。 6.ハウジング(50)が特に金属から成り、このハウジングに案内部品(64 )が好適には中央にねじ込まれていることを特徴とする請求項5記載の予混合室 。 7.案内部品(64)がプラスチックから成っていることを特徴とする請求項5 又は6記載の予混合室。 8.真っ直ぐな圧縮ガス通路(56a、56b)の横側に接続通路(54)が開 口していることを特徴とする請求項3ないし7のいずれか1つに記載の予混合室 。 9.接続通路(54)が鈍角(α)を成して真っ直ぐな圧縮ガス通路(56a、 56b)に開口していることを特徴とする請求項8記載の予混合室。 10.配量弁(16)が予混合室の直前に接続され、配量弁(16)が好適には 案内部品(64)に直接配置されていることを特徴とする請求項5ないし9のい ずれか1つに記載の予混合室。 11.狭隘部(58)の後ろで圧縮ガス通路(52)に、噴霧ノズル(36)に 通じている混合物配管(34)が接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ない し10のいずれか1つに記載の予混合室。 12.噴霧ノズル(26)が窒素酸化物含有排気ガス(40)の排気ガス通路( 38)に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項11記載の予混合物。
