Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.インビボで組織部位でその後の外因性傷害に対する細胞応答を変化させるた めの方法であって、該方法は、該外因性傷害の前に、該細胞におけるストレス応 答タンパク質または熱ショックタンパク質のレベルの変化を誘導し得る、該外因 性傷害から生じる該細胞の増殖および移動を変化させるのに有効な量の刺激を用 いて、該細胞を該組織部位で処置する工程を包含する、方法。 2.前記刺激が、処置される前記細胞を殺傷することなくストレス応答タンパク 質または熱ショックタンパク質の発現を誘導するのに有効な量の、熱、寒さ、超 音波、光、振動および圧力からなる群から選択される物理的刺激である、請求項 1に記載の方法。 3.前記刺激が、グルコース欠乏および酸素欠乏からなる群から選択される生理 学的刺激である、請求項1に記載の方法。 4.前記刺激が、処置される前記細胞を殺傷することなくストレス応答タンパク 質または熱ショックタンパク質の発現を誘導するのに有効な量のオキシダントお よび重金属からなる群から選択される化学的刺激である、請求項1に記載の方法 。 5.前記刺激が、処置される前記細胞を殺傷することなく熱ショックタンパク質 の発現の減少させるのに有効な量のフラボノイドある、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.前記処置細胞が、外傷に曝した後の未処置細胞と比較して、減少した増殖を 示す、請求項1に記載の方法。 7.前記外傷が、手術的介入である、請求項6に記載の方法。 8.前記手術的介入が、血管形成、粥状物質除去、ステンティング、冠状動脈バ イパス移植、末梢動脈バイパス移植、ステント移植、または補綴移植である、請 求項7に記載の方法。 9.前記細胞が、前記刺激に曝した後の未処置細胞と比較して、処置後に減少し た移動を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.前記細胞が、形質転換細胞である、請求項9に記載の方法。 11.前記刺激が、処置される前記細胞にポリマー性物質と組み合わせて適用さ れる、請求項1に記載の方法。 12.前記ポリマー性物質が、ヒドロゲル、オルガノゲル、ポリマー性フィルム 、およびマイクロパーティクルからなるポリマー性物質の群から選択される、請 求項11に記載の方法。 13.前記刺激が、外因性の精製されたストレス応答タンパク質または熱ショッ クタンパク質の適用である、請求項1に記載の方法。 14.前記ストレス応答タンパク質が、熱ショックタンパク質である、請求項1 3に記載の方法。 15.前記介入が、血管形成である、請求項8に記載の方法。 16.前記刺激が、傷害の前および傷害の間に連続的に適用される、請求項1に 記載の方法。 17.前記傷害の後に前記組織部位で前記刺激を用いて前記細胞を処置する工程 をさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 18.前記傷害が、手術である、請求項1に記載の方法。 19.前記刺激が、全身的に適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。 20.前記刺激が、局所的に適用される、請求項1に記載の方法。 21.インビボで組織部位でその後の外因性傷害に対する細胞応答の変化の誘導 を刺激するための組成物であって、生理学的に受容可能なキャリアまたは様式で 、該傷害から生じる該組織部位で細胞中の熱ショックタンパク質またはストレス 応答タンパク質の発現を変化させる有効な量の試薬または物理的条件を、誘導性 刺として包含する、組成物。 22.前記方法が、前記刺激を用いて前記細胞の処置後、前記組織部位で前記細 胞に傷つける工程をさらに包含する、請求項1に記載の方法。 23.前記傷害が、手術的介入である、請求項22に記載の方法。 24.前記手術的介入が、血管形成、粥状物質除去、ステンティング、冠状動脈 バイパス移植、末梢動脈バイパス移植、ステント移植、または補綴移植である、 請求項23に記載の方法。 25.前記手術的介入が、血管形成である、請求項24に記載の方法。 26.前記組織が、血管である、請求項1に記載の方法。 27.前記組織が、血管である、請求項25に記載の方法。 28.インビボで組織部位でのその後の外因性傷害に対する細胞応答を変化させ るための方法に使用される医薬の製造における請求項21に記載の組成物の使用 であって、該方法は、該外因性傷害の前に、該細胞におけるストレス応答タンパ ク質または熱ショックタンパク質のレベルの変化を誘導し得る、該外因性傷害か ら生じる該細胞の増殖および移動を変化させるのに有効な量の刺激を用いて該細 胞を該組織部位で処置する工程を包含する、使用。
