Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 多能性造血細胞をex vivo増殖するための方法であって、可溶性イ ンターロイキン−6受容体、インターロイキン−6および幹細胞因子を含むサイ トカイン類の組み合わせ体を用いて前記細胞を培養することを包含する方法。 2. 増殖させる細胞を、臍帯血、末梢血または骨髄から得る、請求項1に記載 の方法。 3. 多能性造血細胞が、CD34選択により得た前駆細胞および/または幹細 胞である、請求項3に記載の方法。 4. 多能性造血細胞が、増殖細胞の除去により機能的に選択された幹細胞であ る、請求項3に記載の方法。 5. 前記可溶性インターロイキン−6受容体を、少なくとも80ng/ml〜 1280ng/mlの濃度で用いる、請求項1に記載の方法。 6. 前記インターロイキン−6を、少なくとも50ng/ml〜100ng/ mlの濃度で用いる、請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 請求項1に記載の多能性造血細胞の増殖に用いるための、 可溶性インターロイキン−6受容体、インターロイキン−6および幹細胞因子を 含む物品。 8. 可溶性インターロイキン−6受容体、インターロイキン−6および幹細胞 因子を含むサイトカイン類の組み合わせ体を用いて多能性造血細胞を培養するこ とにより産生した、顆粒球−マクロフアージコロニー、巨核球コロニー、赤血球 系バースト、芽細胞コロニー、混合造血系コロニーおよび顆粒球−赤血球−マク ロフアージ−巨核球コロニーを含有する細胞集団。 9. 分化した血球コロニーを生成するための方法であって、第一のサイトカイ ン、前記第一のサイトカインの可溶性受容体および第二のサイトカインを含むサ イトカイン類の組み合わせ体を多能性造血細胞と組み合わせるex vivo法 から成り、前記第一および第二のサイトカインが異なるシグナル伝達経路により 細胞応答を刺激する、前記方法。
