Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.収容器と、捕集部位を有し収容器内に配置された捕集部材と、放射エネルギ ー源と捕集部位との間の連絡提供用に固形物体捕集部材を通る光学的チャンネル とを有することを特徴とする固形物体捕集装置。 2.捕集部材が第一及び第二の支管を有する流れ通路を画成するのに適合し、第 一支管が捕集部位を通って延在し、第二支管が捕集部位を迂回する請求項1記載 の固形物体捕集装置。 3.固形物体の通過を防止し得る第一多孔質媒質を捕集部材が有し、第一多孔質 媒質が光学的チャンネルを横断して配置された捕集部位を有する請求項2記載の 固形物体捕集装置。 4.第一多孔質媒質が多孔質薄膜である請求項3記載の固形物体捕集装置。 5.電磁線源と、収容器及び収容器内に配置された捕集部材を有する固形物体捕 集モジュールと、吸収計とを有し、電磁線源から捕集部材を通って吸収計に到る 光学的通路を有することを特徴とする固形物体捕集及び解析システム。 6.電磁線源が赤外線源である請求項5記載のシステム。 7.光学的チャンネルを有する多孔質支持体と、多孔質支持体上に配置した捕集 部位とを有し、前記捕集部位が固形物体を捕集部位上に所定密度で捕集し位置さ せるのに好適であり電磁線に曝すのに好適であることを特徴とする固形物体捕集 部材。 8.固形支持体が深さフィルターである請求項7記載の固形物体捕集部材。 9.捕集部位が薄膜である請求項7記載の固形物体捕集部材。 10.薄膜が約0.3〜約35μmの孔径を有する請求項9記載の固形物体捕集部 材。 11.液体から固形物体を分離し固形物体を捕集部位上に捕集する段階と、捕集部 位上の固形物体を電磁線に曝す段階と、固形物体を電磁線に曝した場合に生ずる 吸収パターンを解析する段階とを有することを特徴とする液体中の固形物体の解 析方法。 12.液体から固形物体を分離し固形物体を捕集部位上に捕集する段階が、捕集部 位を有する捕集部材に流体を通すことにより、流体中の固形物体を流体から分離 し捕集部位上に均一な層として捕集する請求項11記載の方法。 13.捕集部位上に捕集した固形物体を電磁線に曝す段階が、固形物体を赤外線に 曝す請求項11記載の方法。 14.固形物体を電磁線に曝した場合に生ずる吸収パターンを解析する段階が、捕 集部位上に存在する固形物体を同定する請求項11記載の方法。 15.捕集部位上に存在する固形物体を同定する段階が、存在する固形物体の量を 定量する請求項14記載の方法。 16.赤外線スペクトログラフィー用の固体物体を調製する方法において、 a)固形物体を含有する流体を、固形物体を捕集するのに適合する捕集部位と 捕集部位上の固形物体を赤外線に曝すことを可能とするのに適合する光学的チャ ンネルとを有する捕集装置に、通す段階と、 b)捕集部位上に固形物体の均一な層を堆積する段階と、 を有することを特徴とする赤外線スペクトログラフィー用の固体物体の調製方 法。 17.固形物体に取り付けた可視化剤を有する固形物体捕集部材をさらに有する請 求項1記載の固形物体捕集装置。 18.吸収パターンを解析する段階が可視化剤用の解析を含む請求項11記載の方 法。
