Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 80°Kから100°Kまでの温度範囲において約30気圧までの高圧を 発生する油潤滑式圧縮機を備えたスロットル式冷凍設備に使用する混合ガス極低 温冷媒であって、下記組成 窒素 モル分率30−50%、 メタン 少なくとも少量を含み20モル%未満、 プロパン 30モル%超、及び エタン又はエチレン 残余 を有する冷媒。 2.窒素およびメタンの合計量が40−50%の範囲である、請求項1に記載の 混合ガス極低温冷媒。
