Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.1つ又はそれ以上の病原からの複数の細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープを含む 少なくとも1つの組み換えタンパク質を含有する組み換えポリペプチド細胞毒性 Tリンパ球ワクチンにおいて、少なくとも1つの組み換えタンパク質が、前記細 胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープに隣接して天然に見出される配列を実質的に含まな いことを特徴とするワクチン。 2.少なくとも1つの組み換えタンパク質が、前記細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトー プに隣接して天然に見出される配列を含まないことを特徴とする請求項1記載の 組み換えポリペプチド細胞毒性Tリンパ球ワクチン。 3.組み換えタンパク質が、少なくとも3つの細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープを 含むことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の組み換えポリペプチド細胞毒性T リンパ球ワクチン。 4.細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープが、多重病原からのものであることを特徴と する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の組み換えポリペプチド細胞毒性Tリンパ 球ワクチン。 5.1つ又はそれ以上の病原からの複数の細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープをエン コードする少なくとも1つの配列を含むポリヌクレオチドにおいて、少なくとも 1つの配列が、前記細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープに隣接して天然に見出される ペプチド配列をエンコードする配列を実質的に含まないことを特徴とするポリヌ クレオチド。 6.少なくとも1つの配列が、前記細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープに隣接して天 然に見出されるペプチド配列をエンコードする配列を含まないことを特徴とする 請求項5記載のポリヌクレオチド。 7.少なくとも1つの配列が、少なくとも3つの細胞毒性Tリンパ球エピトープ をエンコードすることを特徴とする請求項5または6記載のポリヌクレオチド。 8.細胞毒性T細胞エピトープをエンコードする少なくとも1つの配列が、多重 病原からのものであることを特徴とする請求項5から7のいずれかに記載のポリ ヌクレオチド。 9.請求項5から8のいずれかに記載のポリヌクレオチドと、許容されうるキャ リアとからなることを特徴とする核酸ワクチン。 10.請求項5から8のいずれかに記載のポリヌクレオチドを含むことを特徴と するベクター。 11.ワクシニアベクター、アビポックス(avipox)ウイルスベクター、細菌ベク ター、ウイルス様粒子(VLP)、及びラブドウイルスからなる群から選択され ることを特徴とする請求項10記載のベクター。 12.請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のワクチンと、許容されうるキャリア及 び/またはアジュバントを含むことを特徴とするワクチン製剤。 13.ISCOMを含有することを特徴とする請求項12記載のワクチン製剤。
