Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 入射光線を規制し、かつ、伝搬させるための光導波路と、 前記入射光線を反射波長において反射させるための前記光導波路に埋め込まれ た反射要素と、 所定範囲より大きな波長範囲で前記反射要素を波長可変とし、かつ、前記反射 波長を変化させるための前記反射要素を圧縮するための圧縮手段と、を備え、 前記所定範囲が、それぞれ5nm、10nm、15nm、20nm、30nm であることを特徴とする波長可変反射要素。 2. 前記反射要素は、ブラッググレーティングを有していることを特徴とする 請求項1に記載の波長可変反射要素。 3. 前記光導波路は、オプティカルファイバであることを特徴とする請求項1 に記載の波長可変反射要素。 4. 前記光導波路は、石英を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の波 長可変反射要素。 5. 内部に反射要素が埋め込まれたオプティカルファイバを圧縮する圧縮ステ ップと、前記反射要素の反射波長を変化させ、かつ、前記反射波長を所定範囲を 越えて可変とするステップとを有し、前記所定範囲が、それぞれ5nm、10n m、15nm、20nm、 30nmであることを特徴とする反射要素の反射波長可変方法。 6. 前記圧縮ステップは、さらにブラッググレーティングを圧縮するステップ を有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 7. 前記反射要素は、埋め込まれたブラッググレーティングを有することを特 徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 8. 前記光導波路は、石英を有していることを特徴とすることを特徴とする請 求項5に記載の方法。 9. 前記光導波路は、オプティカルファイバであることを特徴とする請求項5 に記載の波長可変反射要素。
