Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.油圧ポンプ(12)、制御バルブ(20)、油圧シリンダ(18)およびマ イクロプロセッサを備えた油圧作動型システム(10)を制御する方法であって 、 油圧シリンダ(18)に関する所望の位置に関連する入力指令信号(44) を受け取り、 複数のシステム状態を検知し、前記複数のシステム状態に従って複数のシス テム状態信号を生成し、 前記複数のシステム状態信号の関数として、複数のフィードバック線形化制 御法則から得られる初期ポンプ変位出力値と初期スプール変位出力値を定め、 前記初期ポンプ変位出力値、前記初期スプール変位出力値、及び前記入力指 令信号(44)の関数として、少なくとも1つの線形制御法則から得られるポン プ変位出力信号およびスプール変位出力信号を生成するステップを有する方法。 2.前記複数のシステム状態信号をフィルタ処理するステップを有することを特 徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記複数のシステム状態が、シリンダ位置、シリンダロッド圧力、シリンダ ヘッド圧力およびポンプ圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 4.システム状態のシリンダ位置から微分法でシリンダ速度を定めるステップを 有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 5.前記複数のシステム状態が、シリンダ位置、シリンダ速度、シリンダロッド 圧力、シリンダヘッド圧力およびポンプ圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に 記載の方法。 6.油圧制御システム(10)であって、 油圧シリンダ(18)と、 前記油圧シリンダ(18)に対する加圧油圧流体の流量を調節する制御バル ブ(20)と、 前記制御バルブ(20)を通じて加圧油圧流体を前記油圧シリンダ(18) に供給する油圧ポンプ(12)と、 複数のシステム状態を検知して、複数のシステム状態信号を生成する複数の センサと、 前記複数のシステム状態信号の関数として、複数のフィードバック線形化制 御法則により得られる初期ポンプ変位出力値と初期スプール変位出力値を定める 第1制御手段(54)と、 前記初期ポンプ変位出力値、前記初期スプール変位出力値および入力指令信 号(44)の関数として、少なくとも1つの線形制御法則から得られる、前記油 圧ポンプ(12)に関するポンプ変位出力信号と前記制御バルブ(20)に関す るスプール変位出力信号を生成する第2制御手段(56)を有する油圧制御シス テム。 7.前記複数のシステム状態信号をフィルタ処理する手段(52)を含むことを 特徴とする請求項6に記載の油圧制御システム。 8.前記制御バルブ(20)が単一スプール(21)を備えることを特徴とする 請求項6に記載の油圧制御システム。 9.前記制御バルブ(20)が分割スプールを備えることを特徴とする請求項6 に記載の油圧制御システム。 10.前記複数のシステム状態が、シリンダ位置、シリンダロッド圧力、シリンダ ヘッド圧力およびポンプ圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の油圧制御 システム。 11.前記システム状態のシリンダ位置から微分法によってシリンダ速度を定める 手段を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載の油圧制御システム。 12.前記複数のシステム状態が、シリンダ位置、シリンダ速度、シリンダロッド 圧力、シリンダヘッド圧力およびポンプ圧力を含むことを特徴とする請求項6に 記載の油圧制御システム。
