Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.予め選択された条件下で自己会合して1分子の厚さの拡張β構造を形成する 複数のペプチドを含有する材料であって、さらに該構造がエンゲージした、また はエンタングルした状態にある材料。 2.前記ペプチドが、4個〜40個の残基の間の鎖長である、請求項1に記載の 材料。 3.前記ペプチドが20個〜30個の残基の間の鎖長である、請求項1または2 に記載の材料。 4.前記ペプチドが、1分子の厚さを有する、請求項1から3に記載の材料。 5.前記ペプチドのうち少なくともいくつかが、疎水性側鎖を有する残基を含有 する、請求項1から4に記載の材料。 6.前記残基がイソロイシンまたはロイシンまたはバリンである、請求項5に記 載の材料。 7.前記ペプチドのうち少なくともいくつかが芳香族性の残基を含有する、請求 項1から6に記載の材料。 8.前記残基がチロシンまたはフェニルアラニンである、請求項7に記載の材料 。 9.前記ペプチドのうち少なくともいくつかが反対の電荷の残基を含有する、請 求項1から8に記載の材料。 10.前記残基がグルタミン酸および/またはアルギニンである、請求項9に記 載の材料。 11.前記ペプチドのうち少なくともいくつかが水溶液中でゲルを形成するよう に比較的極性である、請求項1から10に記載の材料。 12.前記ペプチドの残基が、予め決定された溶媒中でゲルを形成するように、 これらの極性を考慮して選択される、請求項1から11に記載の材料。 13.前記ペプチドが、中間の極性を有する溶媒中でゲルを形成する、請求項1 2に記載の材料。 14.前記ペプチドのうち少なくともいくつかが交互に極性の側鎖を有する残基 と非極性の側鎖を有する残基との配列を有する、請求項1から13に記載の材料 。 15.少なくともいくらかの前記ペプチドが本明細書中に記載のK27を含有する 、請求項1から14に記載の材料。 16.少なくともいくらかの前記ペプチドが本明細書中に記載のK24を含有する 、請求項1から15に記載の材料。 17.少なくともいくらかの前記ペプチドが本明細書中に記載のK21を含有する 、請求項1から16に記載の材料。 18.表1に示される任意の1種またはそれ以上のペプチドを含有する、請求項 1から17に記載の材料。
