Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.受容部の孔内での軸の固定であって、 a) 軸が軸方向の3つの領域A,B+CとDを有しており、これらの領域は 、それらを示す符号のアルファベットの順番で互いに隣り合って位置しており、 かつそのうちの部分Dは最大の外径を有しており、部分Aは最小の外径を有して おり、かつ領域B+Cの部分領域BとCは同じ外径で設計されており、 b) 軸では部分Dと、部分B+Cのうちの少なくとも部分領域Bとが歯付き もしくはきざみ付きで形成されており、 c) 受容部(4)の孔(3)が、軸の領域Aを内部に挿入せしめる最小直径 を有する領域A′からはじまって、軸方向で隣り合う3つの領域A′,B′,C ′に区分されており、これらの領域が互いに増大する直径を有しており、 d) 軸(2)及び孔(3)の文字符号の同じ領域Aもしくは部分領域BとC は、受容部に軸(シャフト)が固定された場合に互いに対応して位置し、 e) 軸領域もしくは部分領域AとCは直径的に正確なはめ合いで対応する孔 領域A′とC′内に位置し、 f) 受容部(4)内に軸(シャフト2)が固定された場合に、軸がその歯付 きもしくはきざみ付き部分 領域Bで挿入固定過程により形状接続的に孔領域B′内に切り込まれる形式のも のにおいて、 g) 領域Dの歯の歯溝がその歯元領域内で一貫して領域CとBにわたり延び ており、 h) 軸の領域B内では、領域Dから領域Bへ延びる歯溝の間で周方向に位置 する領域が歯もしくはきざみのプロフィールを有していることを特徴とする軸固 定。 2.軸部分Cの幅がこの領域の直径の少なくとも10パーセントであることを 特徴とする請求項1記載の軸固定。 3.軸部分Cの幅がこの領域の直径の少なくとも20パーセントであることを 特徴とする請求項2記載の軸固定。 4.軸領域Cが半径を介して領域Dの歯へ移行していることを特徴とする請求 項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の軸固定。
